With all due respect this necklace I received is a disgrace. I had reservations when uploading a picture and not receiving a mockup of what the necklace would look like. I am embarrassed to have purchased and received such an item. Please make this right. Order number 3267.

It is absolutely amazing. Couldn't wished for more acurate depiction of my son's drawing. Communication was great all the way through and was received faster than I would have thought. Great job and thanks for everything. Will order again for sure.

Exactly as advertised! I got the necklace and it looks just like the drawing I submitted. I am super pleased with the end result. Will definitely order again. It also arrived earlier than I thought it would.

The product is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. Would definitely recommend getting something here.

Very cute and special and very accurate to the picture. Unfortunately, we don’t feel that we can use it because it is so thin and fragile. It was supposed to be a keychain on daddy’s car keys, and the drawing was of our family with long stick legs - the legs are so thin and bendable that he worries they will snap if he puts them in his pocket. I was hoping when they made it it would be thickened enough or little horizontal connecting lines added in order for it to be used as a keychain.

I purchased my items on November 27, 2023, with the guarantee that they would be here by Christmas. They were "shipped" on December 12, 2023. It is now January 5, 2024, and not only do I not have my items, there is no indication that they even exist. Customer service is less than worthless, able to provide no useful updates and continually claiming that I bought my items on November 28, 2023, which I think was an attempt to get out of the shipping by Christmas guarantee. Customer service rep Pasquale Mallone has been my point of contact, to my everlasting disappoinement. All they have told me so far is that my items weren't "lost" and I should be getting another update shortly (over a week ago). I have not gotten another update. I have asked about a refund which they are clearly reluctant to do, so I am going to initiate a dispute with my credit card compant shortly. And, even if/when the items do get here, I have no guarantee that they will look the way they should -- to say nothing of them being a severely late Christmas present. I cannot overstate how much you should not do business with this company.

EDIT: responding to the reply below, if this wasn’t a scam, why did I continually get told by the customer service rep that my order had been placed on November 28—which just happened to be one day after the here by Christmas guarantee—instead of November 27, which I can prove I did? Why did the tracking number never give me any updates at all, including that the package was sent to the courier? Why did the customer service rep tell me my package wasn’t lost and promise to update me, and you only refunded me after I posted this review without updating me for a week?

Scam. Avoid. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I was hesitant to do this because I have no technical skills. They made it extremely easy to order. My daughter loved her special necklace and was amazed how it looked just like the silly 4year olds sons drawing. I was pleasantly surprised that it was connected to a necklace. I was under the impression it was just a charm. Thanks for a great Christmas gift.

I inquired about the shipment of my order because I was informed that I would be receiving it shortly. It never arrived and inquired multiple times and each time I got the same answer that it had shipped but the updates were not indicating that. After a few weeks of inquiring I was told that the shipment was lost and they were sorry and they would refund my money. They did refund my money but then emailed me that they found the shipment and I also received the jewelry. While I received what I ordered and I appreciate that, the angst of wondering where it was at this time of year was too much. I plan to order from them again because my mother loved the piece.

Forever drawn provides high quality representations of artwork transformed beautifully into jewelry for loved ones. They responded to my questions quickly, and were very proactive in helping me. The jewelry was packaged well and shipping was fairly accurate to the dates shown during checkout. Would recommend for unique family gifts.

It’s really big. I wish had gotten the chance to approve or disapprove before it was made. Disappointed.

Good concept. Difficult to order and be certain of how your request comes across until you have the final product. It would be nice to see a mock up of how the design will work. They email back and communicate quickly.

I was not happy with the final product. Poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. It is not wearable. I am very disappointed.

My daughter spotted you online and said it was a lovely idea. She had my grandson's first drawing of a "human" on the fridge so I took a snapshot and sent it to be made up, keeping an open mind as to quality and production. Well I am impressed, it is absolutely charming. My daughter is going to be surprised for Christmas with a beautiful and creative little reminder of her precious boy's first picture

Loved the idea of turning a 17 year old drawing into a forever charm. I was very anxious to receive the charm & if it was going to be close in appearance.. IT WAS A PERFECT MATCH!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The overall time from ordering to receiving was about 3 weeks. Very pleased with the ease of ordering, received constant updates, shipping was quick. I would highly recommend Forever Drawn & will be ordering again.

The keychains (the sun, the horse) I ordered were of fine quality and very close to the pictures that I had sent. The service is very good and quick. I hope to have a similar or even better experience the next time.

Te service is excellent and I got a quick response and although the product I ordered was personalised I got a full refund on it. But the product itself wasn’t good bec it didn’t look anything like the picture that I had sent. Hopefully I will have a better experience the next time.
