Not sure if this is a scam. I never received my purchase.
It is taking forever for the cologne to get here. I cannot see tracking information. It looks like the label was created but it never reached the shipper. I contacted customer service about it and they just wanted to pass the buck. Like this was not their issue at all. I still do not have my purchase.

I did not get 2 items
I did not get 2 items, my Clean Perfume, they basically said I was lying, so now I have disputed this with my bank. I am very disappointed and can’t believe the horrible customer service. I asked for the company to send my perfume or give me a refund. I got neither.
They lost a customer, I will no longer recommend them to family and friends.

I have order Versace pour home twice and both times contacted saying that the shipping department broke the bottle and they didn’t have anymore. I believe this to be untrue and I am very disappointed in this and how you’ve handled it. If you don’t have it in stock when I order it, even though according to your website it is, just tell the truth. I have no idea why you’ve told me twice that shipping broke it and there wasn’t anymore.

They told me contact them via emeil only to waste my time and tell me their item is authentic and bring it to a store to verify , jokes on them because I had already bring it in to verify , this so called authentic product doesn’t have a batch number or a QR code to scan to verify its authenticity so how is it authentic?? It has a printed barcode and a picture that looks like a QR code and to add insult to injury the customer service rep on the email was RUDE!!

But, as soon as I presented pictures to customer service, they issued the refund right away. Now days this is rare, because some businesses will do everything just not to refund the money. Thats why I will definitely order again from this store. Parfum that I received was authentical, but because of extreme heat it got damaged.
