Great product
Highly customizable with lots of features. Easy to integrate into our system.
Sometimes the documentation does not cover every possibility/feature, but customer support was quickly helping.

Their programs are good
Their programs are good. Some of their programs don't work as well as others but most of them work perfectly and are really nice. Their support is good the first time they are very helpful, and if they cannot find a solution to the problem they find someone who can help. I like Form.io and their programs and I would highly recommend them to someone else.

We are developing ECM & BPM solutions. We uses Form.io at the electronic forms. It is very flexible and save our day. Now our platform is evolving to "lowcode, application development platform". And we are plannning all architecture on top of Form.io

I often feel it is a hyped tool
I often feel it is a hyped tool - i mean to make features work our team had to do lot of configurations and then it was sad to see, all of the upgrades were not supported by newer version. We ended up spending additional efforts in ensuring features that worked continue to work in newer version.
