Good posture correction in the sports bra, high quality material

I’m really impressed with my Forme sports set and compression socks. They instantly improved my posture, making my back feel lighter and more aligned. The fabric is soft but supportive, and the compression socks help my legs feel less tired, even after a long day.

Very supportive for posture and performance

I felt that walking around and doing my day to day work there was a big pressure let off my entire back and I was able to be more comfortable. I also felt that wearing the bra was not uncomfortable in any way it felt natural and I know that some of my usual back aches and pains will be gone in the morning because of the day wearing it prior. It’s really a game changer!

Love the bra and shorts! They definitely have a tighter fit so make sure you read the size guide accordingly!

Forme has been really great for me. As an athlete, posture is very important for my physical well being, and forme has helped me tremendously with that. I recommend forme to anyone, athlete or not!

As a Squash coach, I have experienced Forme to be fantastic for our athletes because it helps them with the right posture which will allow for an improved technique. As an adult, I love the product because it immediately gives me a much stronger and healthier feeling every time I wear it. I use the bra and the T-shirt and I switch them around. The benefits are immediate and lasting. We are so excited to be able to work with Forme for our players.

Absolutely love the sports bra and socks. Elevated my training by strengthening my posture and engaging my core. The socks were extremely supportive for all different movements on and off the squash court.

I was lucky to receive this as PR, but I fell in LOVE with the bra. The moment I put it on I was kind of horrified that I had such poor posture before. It’s embarrassing, but I love that the bra works instantly AND it looks cute. I’d take this over a back brace any day. The shorts are a little too long for my liking but I do like the way they feel. Very compression-y without making me feel like I can’t breathe.

As soon as I put the Ace V-neck on, I instantly felt my posture improve and my shoulders pulled back. The quality of the shirt felt great and I could see myself wearing this shirt for multiple purposes such as working out and for leisure.

Started looking at their tee shirts over a couple days and communicating with them by text with concerns about size since I didn't want to make a mistake and have to exchange. They sent a size chart and based on my chest measurement it showed XL and the employee said it's supposed to fit snug. As soon as it arrived I could tell by looking it was way too large. When I started looking there was nothing on the site about the tee being "Final Sale". By the time I placed the order a few days later, the price had dropped which I assumed was because of the discount code they texted but it appears that was the result of it going "Final Sale" and not being returnable or exchangeable for a smaller size. My bad for at the time of actually placing the order for not catching the tiny italics print at the bottom of the listing "All orders for the Ace Tee are final sale". No help from their customer service, just basically a "too bad, you lose". For the high price of the product and shipping, they could be more accomodating, especially if there is a desire for repeat business and their responses here that "Our customer service is very accommodating for exceptions." They could be much more obvious on their "no return or exchanges" policy for items that "are % off", especially since the list of items not returnable is buried far down in the return policy and includes almost every item: "

My opinion is that this is the least obvious and customer friendly return policy out there and wouldn't recommend or deal with this seller again.

Since I started wearing the Forme tee shirt, I’ve finally solved my shoulder and upper neck pain. I’ve been racing professionally for over 20 years, and nothing ever helped my posture until now. I’m glad I discovered Forme Science to reset my posture. I wear it all the time, especially when I’m traveling.

Working with the forme team was so easy! I love my products and they had excellent customer service. Figuring out what product and size was best for me was easy thanks to their team.
