Very disappointed. Ordered 39 days ago and still have not received. The phone # on the website does not work. Tried to email and they keep sending me the same email "please allow 10-25 days for delivery". The Chat With Us option says "we reply immediately"... they do not. At this point I can only hope it shows up eventually.

I have ordered these harnesses as my pup grew and now have 3, they are made well, adjustable and nice colors and with the added name tag that has good Velcro that sticks well is a nice touch, I have also gotten winter jackets for my fur baby from this company and although they are not thick and heavy, they will work well for going outside for short walks in our Canadian winters. They took close to a month to receive but was worth the wait and the customer service was excellent because twice I had placed an order and then realized I had order either the wrong size or the wrong color and sent emails asking to fix it and they fixed the order on their end and sent emails confirming the adjustment and excellent tracking information informing where my order was. I have had an excellent experience dealing with them and will definitely order from them again. Just my experience

I wish I had realised this was not an Australian company, my free harness was $20 dollars so I thought, but in actual fact it has ended up costing me $93 .. I apparently have a lot to learn about what websites I should and shouldn’t purchase from.. here’s hoping that it’s good

Absolute rubbish. Poor quality materials used. Had to wait a month for my first delivery and then after a week the main clip broke. Contacted company and they sent a replacement. This broke after three months. Same problem, clip broke. I do not have a large or strong dog so this wasn't the issue. Have tried contacting the company but I'm being ignored. I am now going through PayPal to try and get a refund.

What a joke. The harness arrived broken so I contacted the company. They asked for pictures which I sent but they the asked me to return it. There is no address so I ended up having to go through PayPal. They sent me the address and my neighbour posted it for me. Unfortunately she did not send it recorded. PayPal asked for proof of postage which I sent them. Today I learned the claim had been refused due to incorrect proof of postage. Not only have I lost the money for the harness but the additional cost of posting it back.

Bought a leash and a harness for my 10month old puppy. Loved it. It took a few weeks to arrive in Ontario, Canada but it’s legit. The leash handle is plush/soft/squeezable which helps bc my puppies pull me. I bought another set for my other puppy. I plan to purchase again. I love how their name is added to the harness. I love that it’s a SINGLE buckle for the harness. Just makes it easier when my pups are in a rush. Yesss it’s a real company.

I ordered a harness for my dog,took ages to arrive and it was the wrong size,there is no return policy or exchange on sale items,i think i have just been had.I can order a new one from them with 20%.So you are stuck with a harness that does not fit your dog and they say they can offer you a discount to buy another.What a joke.

Received the dog harness within 3 weeks from ordering. The size was correct for my dog and it was as advertised. I did do a add on of a leash for an extra $5 but it did not come with the harness. Hopefully, it will show up in the next couple of days? The harness is easy to use and is made well. A great purchase for $20.

Definitely a scam. Ordered a harness and never received it. Their “toll free” number is disconnected, they don’t respond to their emails, and their chat in never available. AVOID

I love this product! One of my friends got one for her dog and passed the info on to me. I bought two for my two certified therapy dogs and just purchased two more for my other two dogs. It does take time to ship, but the quality is worth the wait. However, as a dog trainer, front clip harnesses are far better on training your dog not to pull than back clip harnesses. This harness does clip in the back, but can be fitted to extend over the top of my dogs' existing front clip harnesses. The visibility is great, and now almost every dog in our therapy dog chapter has one! The dogs look really sharp when coming to a group event together. Rather than put a phone number on the personalized patch, we did "I'm -----" with the dogs' name for the top line and "Please Pet Me" for the bottom line. Works great, and fits, even on the size small harness!

Absolutely love the harness and Odie does too. So simple to put on and the fact that the lead is pulling on the back instead of the neck is excellent.
We get lots of compliements. Odie only has 3 legs and this harness still fits perfectly

This company is horrible they has no number to contact them I have received a wrong order for my dog they told me to take a pic of the item and the package it came in and send to them I done that a they still denied that they sent me the wrong item. I will never order from them again so buyer beware. I ordered a insect repellent and they sent me out a electronic fish.This is bad customer service and told me to check with my post office.

Don't buy from this company!! Part of Order doesn't come! And won't answer emails!! Phone not connected!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I tried, tried, really TRIED to give this company the benefit of the doubt despite my suspicions, but instead, I should have read the 'scammer' reviews. Ordered a No-Pull Harness w/name & phone # back in Feb. I accept the international shipping, but after seemingly saying the item was at my local PO (I live in a remote area, so overland delivery is not always possible!), I had three local PO's in my zip code trace it, and they had no record of receiving it. Still waiting despite numerous attempts to contact the company (email, website messaging, online chat, even phone!). Now I have to attempt to recover my funds. Chalk it up to "fool me twice, shame on me" for falling for the FREE price ("just pay shipping"!). 'Caveat Emptor' is all I can say after SIX WEEKS of waiting. Advance with these folks at your own risk!

Ordered a lifetime jacket in an XL for my 68 lb dog. The XL is too small for my 17 lb dog. Contacted company and they offered me 20% off another jacket plus no shipping which I agreed to so they promised to send me an invoice so I can reorder. That was almost two weeks ago. I have sent five emails, sent six messages through their website. I attempted to online chat seven times at all different hours. No courtesy of a response.

The time delay is my only complaint - but that is a post issue. Parcels can be tracked though. I have two of their harnesses and they are adjustable to fit the dog and of a high quality. The Velcro name tag is a wonderful free extra.
There is no way a dog could get out of these harnesses as they go over the head to fit across the chest and a strap also goes underneath and is secured with a strong clip.

Company is a complete Scam. You never receive the product! Had to contact my credit card company to cancel the charge!

My puppy got free from the harness. She ran in a busy road. Thankfully she escaped with her life. The only thing the harness is good for is high visible identification. Nothing else!!
