This is a great platform
This is a great platform. Very easy to use and full of features. We sold our house within a week of listing, so couldn't be happier. Staff were always helpful if I needed to phone for assistance. I'll be using FSBO next time a sell a house, for sure!

The whole process was simple
The whole process was simple, allowing me to sell my property very quickly whilst maximising profit by not paying commission. I obtained a price exceeding my expectations. Will be using this option for all sales going forward.

My brothers and I cannot recommend For…
My brothers and I cannot recommend For Sale by Owner more highly which we used to sell our mother's home. Well, we could if Trustpilot allowed us to give ten stars. The staff are really helpful, the website is user friendly, there's help for you if you want it but you do feel very much in charge of what's happening. They gave us recommendation for a really good local photographer who could also do drone video footage and photos if we wanted that. We didn't want to do open homes, so we didn't. We showed people through at our leisure. We used our own lawyer to do the contract. We sold the home at a great price within two months. We saved thousands in commission fees to real estate agents and we felt safe and supported as we sold the home. If you are a confident person with half a clue you'll find For Sale by Owner everything you need. Best of luck! And thanks again Paul, Alice and the team!

Just SOLD my 8th Property with FSBO! LOVE the simplicity of the system - great package- full control of website and photos etc can link into facebook mktg option too! Amazing interface with main realestate marketing platforms - realestate.com.au and domain etc. Easy contact system via text or email and I have a complete historic record of my enquries.

I've now sold a couple of blocks of land via FSBO and can recommend them for this scenario. The user experience, contact system and integration with the major platforms is simple and just works. Support has also been fairly quick to respond on the odd occasion I've needed to make an enquiry.
