Being part of the Forte Training Leaders Think Tank was a transformative experience.

It was the coming together of leaders from a multitude of sectors willing to explore change, and collatively challenge the current leadership models and narratives during a time of global uncertainty.

I would recommend taking part in a leaders forum or event with Forte Training.

I was excited to be asked to join the Think Tank. I didn't expect to be networking and learning from leaders across Europe and the States! :) Hats off to Magdalena as this was truly a diverse range of leaders she bought together (so important to me personally as the discussion of inclusion and diversity was front and centre re: George Floyd). My favourite takeaways were the sustainability agenda (work in progress as we all can play a part) and be the change you want to see (I took action on this one back in my place of work!). Fantastic experience

I was lucky enough to asked to be part of the Forte Leaders Think Tank. The experience was fantastic. Magdalena is a brilliant facilitator and as an individual I gained so much. The safe space to speak and envisage the future not just as an individual but also as a senior practitioner was a privilege. I really hope that the outcomes will develop and truly create some change.

I was extremely fortunate to be part of Forte Training's Leaders Think Tank during the Coronavirus lock down and it was the most fantastic experience! It gave me the opportunity to connect with and learn from a wide variety of leaders both in the UK and US as we discussed topics regarding the pandemic impact on a range of platforms from sustainability to changes in the workplace. A huge part of the success of the sessions was down to Magdalena's brilliant organisation, communication and her skill at facilitating a virtual group via Zoom. Thanks so much for the opportunity to be a part of the group!

I have been a part of the Forte Leaders Think Tank and the whole experience was so much more than I expected. The Think Tank has helped me gain confidence and has given me the opportunity to have engaging discussions that I would not have been able to have otherwise. Magdalena crafted excellent and insightful sessions with a variety of exercises that can be understood by all and used to support future growth. The experience of the Think Tank and the ideas shared by the wonderful cohort have given me a fresh outlook on tackling obstacles such as the current pandemic. A wonderful opportunity for growth and a fantastic group of exceptional leaders.

I joined Forte's Think Tank for Leaders programme. The quality, experience, and breadth of the participants were outstanding.
But what made the programme really excel was Magdalena's leadership, empathy and creativity of bringing together such a diverse group of leaders, encourage focused working, and ensuring that we all benefited from the programme through actionable plans, fresh ideas and a network of new professional connections and friends.

Maggie delivered a hugely-informative session to the students at Brunel University around 'performance anxiety'. It was a great mix of discussion, personal insight, and practical group work. Many valuable ideas were discussed and Maggie nurtured a relaxed and sensitive mood throughout, allowing everyone to feel valued. I recommend this to all Universities, especially to performing arts students, for whom 'performance anxiety' is a very common issue.

Excellent motivation and training from the Forte Training Company. Magdalena inspired me to progress my goals, and give me the confidence that I needed to keep going. Also, to believe in myself and my career moving forward.

From the motivation of this course, I have built up an excellent client base for my interior design studio, and past on my passion and creative knowledge to others.
