Jack booked a call with me to discuss potential coaching, He didn’t tell
me however that his business partner would make the call who wasn’t a cosch, No information was given to me on this call about the coaching and was more or less telling me stuff that i already knew , was a complete waste of time. I then approach Jack on IG and question why he didn’t attend the call as this is what I assumed would be the case. Jack then ignores me when I asked a very basic question why he never joined the call as he was the fitness coach so assumed that’s who i was going to talk to, not even the decency to reply back, rude company, poor skills at dealing with clint’s and complete lack
of care, wouldn’t recommend.another example in online coaching where profits override people skills and reasonable decency of communication.

I’ve worked with Jack (Fortis) for over a year, and in that time he has taken me from an underweight, unconfident individual with little regard for health and fitness to a lean, muscular, confident person with a passion for all things fitness—and now a fully qualified PT. He has not only helped transform my physique, but also improved my mental well-being and career.

I've been training with Jack for a fair few months now after previously working with him a few years ago and doing his programme has made me realise you really can do anything you set your mind to and all the tools to do so are right at your fingertips. Fortis transformation is an exceptional company with really high standards I have been with the for around 7 months and what I have achieved in the time is phenomenal I would 100 recommend them for life changing results not just physically but mentally too.

Before starting my journey with Fortis Transformations, I suffered with very low mood & low energy. After a rough 2 years, I didn't like the way I was looking physically. I looked VERY drained & felt constantly tired, looking bloated & with the typical 50yr old mid-age rift.

I was introduced to Fortis by a friend. It's been an AMAZING experience with Jack & my PT Jav so far. From Jack's initial onboarding call, I was then on-ramped by Jav with a full intro & he took me through the programme, managing expectations, what they expected from me and all the help they'd provide to help me realise the full body transformation that I wanted. I have literally never touched weights before and so this was a completely new (& in some ways, intimidating) landscape to me. Jav helped me to settle into my routine from very early on, helping me overcome mental obstacles and my worries about whether I looked silly in the gym. My diet was all over the place. Jav sorted that by putting in place a very structured Nutrition Plan for me to follow. I like just how scientific it all is. If you follow the plan and don't stray from it, it just damn works!

One of my initial concerns was whether having an 'online' PT could be anywhere near as advantageous as having in-person sessions. These concerns disappeared in Week 1 when I realised not only how helpful it is to be able to just message my PT (Jav) when I needed to (day or night!) & get a response but also, it's a heck of a lot cheaper when you price it up compared to a 1hr in-person PT session. No disrespect but I watch how the PTs are with their clients at my local gym & it's like comparing diamonds to cubic zirconium. Jav is brill FULL STOP! He provides daily inspiration, tailored tips, monitors my exercise form on video and provides regular feedback through WhatsApp. He might as well be right there with me each time I attend the gym, he's very present, all the time.

Looking back ... having now turned 50, before I started this journey with Fortis, I felt older. I now look in my 30s and feel like I’m in my 20’s again!

My experience with Fortis transformations has been great. Thanks to them, I got down to the weight I've wanted to be for a long time but not just that, I've learned what a healthy lifestyle is about and how to maintain it. I would 100% recommend them!!

Before making a decision about a 6-month transition, I had no idea if it would be effective or if I could reach my goals. It's easy for me to say this now. At 39, nearing 40, I am currently in the best shape of my life, losing over 15kg in body weight, feeling fitter, younger, and more energized. The diet serves as a guide for you to follow, and adhering to it yields results. Now, let's talk about my coach, Jav, from Fortis Transformations. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him for the past 6 months. He is there to motivate, inspire, guide, and most importantly, help you achieve results. For six months, I have consistently provided him with daily proof of my cardio workouts, without any complaints, as he recognizes that this is essential for my own mental state. There are various coaches available online and with different companies, but after collaborating with Jav for six months, I would gladly recommend him. His knowledge is out of this world and totally understands an individuals needs. He is very easy to talk to and is definitely a driving force and asset to the company.

The company itself is exceptional. The best part is that you can still enjoy your life and engage in activities you love while gaining knowledge throughout the process. If I had known what I have learned and accomplished, I would have joined this program years ago.

Jack is an amazing coach. The plan is very well structured and tailored for each individual depending on your goals. Jack puts a lot of effort into checking in with his clients and if you go onto Fortis transformations on Instagram you can see the results of his clients yourself. The proof is in the pudding, what Jack teaches is tried and tested. I’m looking forward to this journey. If you are on the fence about changing your life for the better look no further. You might be able to do it yourself but having a coach will get you there faster and hold you accountable. I want to shout out to Jav too. Top lads

I’ve been coached by Jack for over 4 years now and the results have been quite literally life changing. Not only has Jack coached me to a level of physique I never thought was possible through multiple photo shoots and body building shows but he gave me the vision to build follow my dream of building my own coaching business which ultimately allowed me to leave my full time job and go all on in my business. Ive been working with jj for the past 4 months now, and honestly it was the best decision i've ever made. I've accelerated my business ten fold since starting with him and the accountability is unmatched.
