Excellent service
Mark was excellent. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Quick to answer any questions I had and didn't bat an eye at my kids running around while he was working. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but presented all my options and helped pick the best package for my family. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service
Excellent service! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. Usually these types of things are a pain but this was actually pleasant. Very happy with the new security system which includes many more features and was only a few bucks more than I was paying for ADT monthly. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because our previous appointment was made & confirmed. Yet, on appointment day the technician didn't call; did not show up. We were left in limbo all day. However, on Monday, after we called them (they did not follow up with us.), they did apologize profusely. Scheduled another appointment which went without a hitch. Unfortunately, though, that first impression left a bitter taste. The technician who did show up, Enrique, was top notch, A-1 tech. He was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. Hopefully, my first experience was the exception not the rule.
