I had a scheduled call with this company for the purpose of seeking a small personal loan. I was transferred to a man who said his name was Emilio. I explained that I'm involved in a debt settlement program with Level Financing. He launched into a blistering rebuke of Level with unspecified criticisms with the intent to prompt me to cancel my contract. I had no interest in that option, have a high opinion of Level and found extensive criticisms of Forward for predatory sales practices. Perhaps, Backwards would be a more appropriate name for this outfit.

I have had a great experience with Floyd and the customer service group. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed that my account was closed after all the payments I have made. The account was closed about an hour ago, and although I called and spoke with a representative who explained the situation, I still do not agree with the explanation as it does not make sense to me.

This decision has left me with more debt and a lower credit score, putting me in a worse position than before I joined the program. It is very discouraging, and I truly regret participating. I also asked if the account could be reopened, as I believe that would be a better solution, but I was told that was not possible.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and it feels like the system does not work in favor of people like us. Before joining the program, my credit was actually improving because I had never missed a payment. After receiving a sales call from Forward Funding and joining the program, I am now being told that they are not the same company as your organization, which is also confusing and disappointing.

I am very dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.

They call even after they don't help you and you cancel them. They called me so much I had to threaten harassment charges! They only made my credit situation worse!
