Excellent Customer Service from Samantha. I ordered some items very last minute for a birthday present and instead of doing next day delivery I’d accidentally pressed 3-4 days. Called up in a panic and Samantha amended my postage free of charge and items were delivered on time. Was extremely grateful and they will 100% be getting my custom again in future. The item is perfect as well.

Their goals are more expensive because they’re meant to be durable for outdoor serious use. I’ve had two folding goals in my basement for light play with my 8 year old son and within three weeks the expensive goals are broken. The pins to lock the position place just slide out of place inside the tubes and you can’t get at them to move them back. One of the corners also cracked from my little child leaning on it. Keep in mind these goals are light use in my carpeted basement for me to play with my son and within a few weeks they’re broken… I spent extra for a Christmas present for my son that would last, but am very disappointed that I did. Not sure about their other products but I would definitely not recommend paying a premium for their folding goals.

Paid for next day delivery as I needed this for a match today. Still no sign of it. Whether its the courier or supplier. I was offered a £2 yes £2 discount due to inconvenience. Rang back up today to cancel order and told it takes 10 working days. Shocking. Wouldnt recommend at all.

Great customer service, had mistakenly forgot to add discount code, emailed asking if it could be applied after purchase & the next day discount was added & difference refunded, very pleased

Excellent company - really good product (portable goal) with clear and easy assembly instructions. Fast delivery and kept fully informed during the process.

Excellent service. Item faulty so replaced straight away.

Poor company pay more for quicker delivery over 10 days days later still not got my order received no updates at all. Website not u to date either tried to call between opening times just now lines aren’t open yet.

I haven’t tried the stop the ball net yet so can’t comment on that but the packaging was very poor.

As advertised, fast delivery.

Difficult to navigate site when delivery address is different from billing address i.e a present for 6 year old!

Also don't encourage add on purchases for which there is no advantage and make it clearer upfront that P&P is not included in price quoted.

Good quality kits! I ordered football shirts and socks for my team, they look great,all sizes that l requested were there and the correct number of shirts and socks aswell no mistakes.

l ordered for next day delivery and they did not disappoint the delivery was on time.

I even called customer service to have another pair of socks added to my order before it was sent to me and they sorted it all out for me aswell very helpful

Cheap plastic that sags in the middle. The plastic clips don’t hold the top or side bars together properly so they constantly break apart need to be fixed. The tension bars keep slipping inside each other, causing the goal to lop to one side. A waste of money. The customer service was terrible and obtaining a refund or replacement requires to dissemble it and post it back! Wasting 3 hours of my life assembling it, taking it all apart again and going to the post office. Great 😡

Always a great experience with Forza. Their kit and products are great; however, their Shipping Fee's are not. I bought 4 Small Goals recently at nearly £500, and the shipping was £50, which I find a little mad! There's also a fuel surcharge on top, which I never see anyone else doing. hence the 4*.

I imagine a lot of people drop at checkout because of this.
