I received excellent timely support from the FounderCatalyst team when successfully applying for SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance. Without their guidance and recommendations I'm certainly not sure I would have been successful, despite having considerable experience in the investing space. I would urge those seeking SEIS/EIS approval to consider using FounderCatalyst where the relatively modest fee is certainly worth it.

The section on SEIS and EIS was very helpful. If you're fundraising and not structuring around these schemes, you're essentially leaving tax-efficient investor incentives on the table.
