Founded by a mother-and-daughter team with more than 25 years of combined experience in property management, real estate, construction, and investment consulting, our company was built on a simple belief...property management should be personal. That's why we've intentionally chosen a different path than many larger firms. Great company, fast response

The staff at Foundry and Brick have been amazing to work with. I brought my property over to them, and was expecting a recording or some type of automated message. Its nice to speak to a human being for once. Not only were they responsive, but I started getting inquiries on my property the day after I signed my agreement with them. I will definitely bring any other properties to them in the future.
