This company has the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations act multiple times. I told them not to call me again but they continue to- they call from a mobile on hopes that people will answer mobiles. A scam service that offers nothing you can not do yourself. I’ve already spoken to the ICO about them. For shame.

Cold called by this company after I had filled in an online checker about mis-sold PCP. Pushy sales rep told me I had 5 agreements however, on reflection, they didn't actually say they were mis-sold. Was pressured to sign on the spot via a link sent by text. Wouldn't let me go until I confirmed that I'd received a message saying a law firm was now progressing my claim. That firm has cancellation costs which were never explained to me - nor my 14 day cancellation rights.
Have emailed both this firm and the law firm saying I wish to cancel. No response. Will give them until tomorrow before I go to the FCA and SRA.

Unwanted post, claiming I have a PCP Claim, well that's clever because I've never needed a car, so don't own one.

Their phone number only tells you to email, I'm guessing in order to gather more detail, this is the practice of a greedy and malicious company masquerading as a legitimate business, there are far better ways to get claims or finance, do not trust this kind of company and they were only established in 2020, meaning someone is wanting to make quick cash since covid.

God almighty!!! Pushy pushy pushy. They are extremely good reading off a load of scripted explanations as to why I saw that there were hidden charges. I also read out the reviews from here and he kept pushing me and pushing me. I had to cut him off and block him. DO NOT TRUST

Half filled in a form online for car finance and then read the Trustpilot reviews so never went any further. They still retained my details and called me several times. When I answered, the man on the phone was extremely pushy even when I asked him to remove me from their contacts list and explained that I had not completed a request and therefore they should not have retained my number - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Retained details unlawfully. Came up as Spam on my phone too.

Aggressive, possibly scammers. Not sure where they got my number from but they tried very hard to send a link which they wanted me to open immediately. Very worrying.

They use AI-generated ads of a guy trying to sound like Martin Lewis with a garbled script - what's the number "twomalahala"? Obviously can't trust them on the basis of such rubbish ads.

Fountain Finances is fake to me it pops up on aol email saying I have 2 mi-sold car finances and I haver never had car finance.

I don’t believe the 5 star reviews. You only have to look at the dates and the fact that the people have only written one review.

I have received unsolicited text messages from this outfit. I’m really not impressed and I won’t be using their services.

Very concerned as they contacted us about a finance claim but we had already made elsewhere and were trying to push to sign something over the phone . It felt like it could have been a possible scam which would have ended up with multiple claims. Feel they need investigation into their practices .

Fountain Finances use a company to send out unsolicited emails on their behalf.
Please stop this underhanded scam.
Email kept for proof of this practice.
I have not signed up for Fountain or any similar company.

Received a ‘Make a PCP claim’ letter from this company asking me to enter my personal details, offering money on compensation for car finance - apparently it’s not even possible yet to receive money for this and I also never took out such finance

Reported to NCA, FCA and ICO and SRA for fraudulent abuse of the industry and deceptive practices within the car finance reclaim sector.

I think they got hold of my contact details illegally. I have never had car finance but they won't leave me alone. Yet somehow they have my name, email address and telephone number. They might well have other details so I thought I'd report them to the financial ombudsman.

Sending pcp letters. Not interested. Where the hell do you get addresses. Illegally I assume

No idea how they ' acquired' my email address.

Scammers using a different trading name to conduct PCP calls. Failure to respond to Subject Access Requests, despite their obligations under the UK GDPR and DPA 2018. There is a statutory deadline of one month, which they have failed to meet.

I will give them one further week, and then will refer this to the Information Commissioners Office.

Due to their actions, and lack of action, I cannot believe that this is a reputable company. They are obtaining information from untrustworthy sources, ignoring TPS registrations, conducting unsolicited marketing calls, and failing to comply with statutory deadlines. Would I trust them with anything following this display of arrogance and ignorance? No. Neither should you.
