FountainHRT has literally changed my life. It was so easy to schedule my labs and I really feel like my provider cares about me personally. Since starting HRT for menopause symptoms I feel 1,000% better than I did before! My energy is back, my body doesn’t ache anymore, libido is returning and my intimate life is vastly improved. I wish I had found Fountain sooner - 10/10 would recommend this to anyone seeking relief from the challenging symptoms of The Change.

Well, after thinking I was inevitably disappointed, they turned my opinion around instantly.

Due to no paperwork at the lab and having a very hostile front desk worker at the lab, I ended up walking out and never got my testing. Angrily, I reached out to Fountain & demanded a refund, which they instantly provided.

After that, Josh ended up reaching out personally to apologize for the issue at hand and gave me two free months as well as a waived fee on the lab fees for the inconvenience.

It’s very rare to find a company who cares enough to make things right. Although I have not used the product yet, I am satisfied enough with their amazing help post issue.

Great patient care! They listen and try thier best to help you. I delt for years with other doctors and insurance and feeling like they won't try to help at all. This is the exact opposite I can't say enough good things. Absolutely hands down worth it! I have been suffering for years it so good to feel almost
normal again pretty good for less than 2 weeks on my prescribed regiment through fountain.

Fountain HRT has helped my joints not to ache. I am sleeping better.

Very responsive, all about finding your optimal range with hormones. This company has helped change my life.

The most frustrating thing is that I can't help thinking that the only reason I'm not feeling great 3.5 months in is that they're not paying attention to what they are doing.

For example, they recognize brain fog as symptom yet they require their brain fogged clients to remember complicated information. My GP gives me a summary of the visit so I can double check. Not Fountain HRT. I took notes on a post-it and still got it backwards (yes, I'm dyslexic).

And that 24/7 support by text? Often it's a text version of an answering machine: They'll get back to you on Monday even if it's information you need to know at the time. They did get back to me fairly quickly when I was in pain and they figured out how to fix the issue quickly so it's not a complete sham but they should be able to answer basic questions over the weekend.

I have no idea why they thought texting me in the middle of the night, asking me to rewrite my review, was a good idea. Besides the fact that it's tacky, they never bothered to check my time zone. How basic is that? How basic is sleep? Isn't sleep one of the things that HRT is supposed to restore?

Even their top NP can't be bothered to check basic info like when he offered me a long term prescription 3 months in when I hadn't even had my 1st re-test bloodwork to see if the initial guess was correct? (It wasn't - my testosterone needed to be significantly increased. Even though it was initially too low to measure, I have never felt this blah and wasted a month thinking I was severely depressed.

They set me up with a lab appointment that's over an hour away (and and another hour+ back) with a $7 toll. I had to argue with them more than once to simply create the order and let me take care of it. I walked into my local lab (10 mins away) the next day. They had a "walk-ins welcome" sign on the door.

To circle back, the most important thing they could do to improve their performance is to simply believe in the importance of their own information. Put what they want you know on paper so you can refer to it! They should explain what you should feel and when so you'll know when to text them (🤨) that something is wrong. I wasted a month and half getting very little done b/c their initial script was too low.

Also, they should read the info they have on their clients so they don't make stupid mistakes.

Fountain HRT fixed my life! My in person gynecologist offered no help when I told her about my symptoms. I was constantly irritable, fatigued, and had no sex drive. It was affecting my marriage. I can't say enough great things about Fountain for hormone replacement therapy! They took the time to understand both my symptoms and my overall health, and the fact that they offer blood work as part of their process is a huge plus. Great company with great customer service. This is my second HRT Telehealth company that I have used. I am 100% feeling better after 12 weeks of treatment. I'm more balanced...sleeping better, more energy, brain fog is gone and libido is better. Why choose Fountain? Treatment is individualized based on initial labs and patient specific symptoms. They also offer Testosterone for women which is a game changer when optimizing hormones. I would absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends.
