I bought this parodic for my wife’s…
I bought this parodic for my wife’s birthday.
Set it up, everything electrical is working.
I.e the light goes, the pump motor hums but it won’t pump the water up the pipe. All that is connected correctly.
So we have paid good money for something that is no effective.

This is the 2nd fountain I have got…
This is the 2nd fountain I have got from you and it is leaking just like the 1st one. I asked for it to be checked before delivery it leaks about 6 hrs after the water is put in. Very very disappointed.

I think you might confusing splashing with leaking. If the fountain has a leak it will be leaking when off. If that's the case, take a video and we will make sure you get a replacement. Yes we did check it and there was no obvious leak.
