We recently completed the purchase of our first home in Spain and cannot speak highly enough of Christopher and the team at Foxes.

Purchasing a property overseas is a complex process, with significant legal requirements, documentation, and coordination involved. From the outset, Christopher made the entire experience feel structured, manageable, and far less stressful than we had anticipated.

There were several challenges along the way, including changes in the properties we were pursuing and delays linked to the sale of our UK home. Throughout this, Christopher remained patient, professional, and consistently supportive. We never once felt pressured, and every situation was handled calmly and with complete understanding.

I would recommend Foxes to everyone who in thinking about buying a house in Spain. With help from Christopher from support team and Alejandra from legal team all proces was quick and easy going. From march when we contacted foxes by very firs time to september when we got keys to our house thers wasn't even one stresfull situation. I wasted my time today. After reviewing the data on their own website!!! , I inquired about the minimum loan amount advertised. 50-70K However, I was immediately told that it was NOT possible, which echoes another review I saw here. It seems this company caters primarily to those with excess cash; they operate with a selective clientele in mind.

If you're on a tight budget or made the mistake, like I did, of relying on THEIR website data to make your calculations, don't bother—it's not worth your time!

Great support, prompt advise, very friendly

I am a Spanish citizen living abroad and planning to build my home in a piece of land I own in a small village. These circumstances led to a difficult process to find a mortgage. I contacted banks and brokers who were not able to give me any solutions. With Foxes, I have found a trusted company who guided me during the whole process and managed to find a bank that offered me a mortgage. Both Cristina and Christian were always prompted to answer my questions and offer me advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

If you are looking for a mortgage in Spain then look no further than Foxes. I cannot recommend them enough, they help and support you through the whole process of obtaining a mortgage which can be a minefield but their knowledge and relationships with the banks make it so much easier to secure you a mortgage rather than dealing direct with the banks.

Incorrect and inaccurate advice.
The Foxes agent talked with absolute authority and gave me 100% inaccurate advice - stating that it would be 'impossible' for me to get a mortgage with my situation. When asked which banks they do business with he simply said 'all of the big ones'. Less than two days later, one of the 'big' banks in Spain offered me a mortgage with the exact terms I had discussed with the Foxes agent.
I would avoid this service.

I bought my first home and it was in Spain. Without Foxes, I would never in my life have said that! They were worth every penny for the complete package that comprised Christopher for mortgage brokerage, Alejandra for legal affairs and Cristina for finances. There’s a special culture of empathy and diligence within the Foxes team that put me at complete ease every step of the way. They all skilfully navigated every bump in the road and answered all of my silly questions. Nothing was a surprise as they prepared me spectacularly well and were incredibly transparent. The team had my back the whole time, especially in the face of one or two dodgy estate agents.
