Exceptional service
We received exceptional service from Josephine Fox and her team. From the moment that Josephine entered our home, we knew she was the right person to sell our house. The photos and house description were perfect and after one open house, our house had 3 offers above the asking price and within 3 days we accepted an offer. Sadly, the offer fell through for personal reasons. Fox Town and Country Homes put our house back on the market, another open house day and within 24 hrs we accepted another offer for the same price. Josephine Fox did all the heavy lifting with negotiations and chasing the buyers solicitors and ensured that we experienced a stress free process. We would not hesitate to recommend Fox Town and Country Homes and would definitely use them again in the future.

Highly recommend this exemplary company. We have used Fox Town and Country’s services 4 times;-, 2 purchases and 2 sales. Josephine is knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated and helpful beyond measure. She and the team give their full attention and effort all the time. Their guidance through both types of transactions was ineffable. Their knowledge of the market is unsurpassed.

Perseverance and great service
Eighteen months ago we started the process of selling our house! Through absolutely no fault of Fox Town and Country we had three sales fall through. So over this time we have experienced ever service Fox offer and we can say they have been exemplary in every way so much so that at no point did we consider giving up and going elsewhere. They have gone way over above and beyond what we would have expected an estate agent to do and we can't thank them enough for all their efforts. What a super,super firm of estate…
What a super,super firm of estate agents led by the indomitable Josephine! A very welcoming friendly and professional company. They made our experience of selling a home a pleasant one. There aren’t many companies these days that make you feel like you are their most valued client. We totally recommend this firm.The team are professional courteous knowledgeable and extremely attentive which gave us confidence that the sale was in good hands Josephine, Julia and Gemma, in-fact, all the team, worked hard to get our house sold quickly, They gave honest opinions from the start and kept us informed every step of the way.
We were very impressed and so give a “shout out” to Julia because of her conscientiousness, her outstanding efforts, from the initial valuation meeting, the subsequent viewings, all the way through to the sale and beyond.Which in this challenging property marketplace was aggravated by the recent budget, impacting on sales of homes as potential buyers became wary. Julia prevailed; working late and unsociable hours on various occasions, to get us a buyer across the line as she said she would.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, 5 stars is not high enough, brilliant experience, well done!
