I am eagerly awaiting for my two pairs of skates one for me and one for my husband. I ordered his black, so he won’t noticed that these are girls only. I am so sured that i will continue to buy these for my whole family. I will wait to receive these and then get 3 more for my children. I love the way they look. I love the customer service. They are there to resolve your issues. This is a great company that’s for sure. I would love to recommend these to all my friends.

Love the skates, look how they appear on line. When I emailed for an update, the response was quick. Skates were shipped when initially indicated, but because the skates were on such a back order, it would've been nice to get an unprompted email updating me.

They listened to customer feedback and brought sold out skates back in stock! Customer service was always quick to respond and thorough. I'm thrilled to have the exact color combination skates that I wanted and they're comfy too. Good quality.

The skates were amazing, I tried them on and fell 4 times, I'm no professional so. The packaging had some minor damage on it, just 2 holes but other than that, the skates were pretty good.

Ordering was easy. The only thing I had a problem with was the Was the slow delivery? I wish ittle bit faster. But that could be me just being impatient. And really one in the beautiful skates in my hand but you guys were just fine, ordering was easy.

The skates provide stability. In addition, they are well made and in comparison to other skates, I feel that these are less heavy. The wheels are also rubbery which provides an additional 'grab'. Love them!

Advertised free shipping however not honored. Waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive and when it arrived the order was incorrect. Customer service wouldn’t send what I ordered and paid for until they recieved the incorrect order back. Completely unsatisfied and poor customer service
