I bought the Game Changers insole and they are absolute garbage. It feels like I’m walking on concrete…my original insoles that came with my shoes are way better. Do yourself a favor and do not buy these insoles.

Horrible, horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product and will not make it right. They keep offering me a 20% discount to order a brand new pair - that is it. Not even free shipping.

Do not waste your money on this company. There are other with a similar product that has good customer service.

I bought the FP Footwear Decenzo DGS 3 in Chocolate/Grey and what showed up? Bright red shoes stuffed in a box clearly labeled “Chocolate/Grey.” Absolute comedy of errors right from the start.
I politely requested an exchange, but they told me they were out of stock and offered to send a “free pair” once they restocked as long as I kept the wrong red ones. Against my better judgment, I agreed to wait. Big mistake.
Weeks go by with zero communication. I’ve had to chase them multiple times, sending follow-ups like a desperate debt collector, and still nothing. No resolution, no shoes, no accountability. Just radio silence.
Now, after all this wasted time and frustration, their latest “solution” is a pathetic 40% discount on another pair. As if I’d trust them again. It’s clear they don’t even bother reading the full customer service history, or they simply don’t care.
This has been an incredibly disappointing from start to finish. FP Footwear has completely destroyed any confidence I had in them. Save your money and buy from literally anyone else.

Hands down best shoes in skateboarding. After I switched to FP there was no point in turning back. They are better in just about every department.

I ordered a PEMF device in December, which wasn't shipped for weeks, and my messages to FP footwear didn't get me any tracking numbers or help.

I wrote a one-star review here on Trustpilot and finally got some results.

Yikes! I just read their response...
Their PEMF device is not worth thousands of $$$. It's the same build as the AUM Pulse from India, which is 3x more powerful and $200 more.

Replying to comment about Gauss:

Gauss does not capture:

Pulse shape (square, sine, spike)

Rise time / fall time

Duty cycle

Gauss measurements apply more to static magnets than PEMF. Assuming customers don't know how pulsed magnetic fields work and saying your device is "high gauss" is misleading.

They're also lying about when I contacted them vs writing this review, which is disingenuous.

FP never cared about helping until this review.

I would suggest better response to emails so people don't have to go to Trustpilot for service.

It took about a month, but I got the device I ordered in December, and a refund for a device I ordered in May but never received.

FP footwear does have decent products, but they definitely need better fulfillment and customer care. As of right now, I have my products and my refund for the ones that I didn't receive.

Bottom line, if someone buys your stuff, ship it! Don't make the customer out to be the problem if they're paying you!
