Amazing Company
I’ve been collecting fragrances for a while and have purchased from many different stores over the years, but this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I had been searching for a very hard-to-find fragrance, Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Noir Ambre. While watching a YouTube video, I heard it might be available on FragFlex, but unfortunately, it was already sold out by the time I checked. I then found that FragranceBuy (their Canadian store) had one bottle left. I rushed to purchase it, but the order wouldn’t go through because I live in the United States.

I decided to email their team, honestly not expecting much. I even offered to pay extra for shipping or any workaround they could suggest. To my surprise, I received a response in less than an hour.

Not only did they reply quickly, but they actually went out of their way to help. They coordinated with their inventory team and moved that last remaining bottle over to FragFlex so I could purchase it from the U.S.

I immediately went to the site, saw it available, and bought it right away (along with a couple of other fragrances).

This level of customer care is extremely rare nowadays. Most companies would have simply apologized and left it at that—but they went above and beyond to make it happen.

Huge thank you to the team for making this possible. It’s great to know there are still companies out there that truly care about their customers.

I received their package and nothing was in the box. So all they could say is that Fed Ex must have opened the box and stole the merchandise. They won't send me another item until I jump through a bunch of hoops.

If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order to be specific I ordered Bond No 9 Jade, I received my order 5 days later. Once I opened the package the first thing i noticed was that the batch code on the bottom was completely off ( not the same as my original bond9 which I have about 10 right now) the batch code shows invalid once I check it. Then I sprayed a little on my wrist to test it and OMFG it smelled like Indian incense 🤮(mind you I have the original so I know the difference). I requested to return due to authenticity which they did agree to accept my return however they now stated I have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive my refund. And I am still waiting on my refund. This is a horrible company.

It was my first order with your company, and you didn't disappoint me. I got my order in time, and it was exactly what I expected.

I ordered Gulf Orchid Maison Asrar Legac, it took two weeks but it came and I’m gladit did! The fragrance smells like Blue Talisman (a tad bit weaker, but close enough). I layer it with Blue talisman Extrait and it last all day. Great pick up!
