scam. Awful product. Tried to cancel 5 minutes after id placed order after reading reviews, but they still sent it. It smells terrible and nothing like the perfume I ordered.

Its been 20 days since i placed the order, and 15 days since the DUE date. Have contacted them 3 times and no help whatsoever. Emailed them, used the contact form on their website and still no help. So without my order and they (so far) are keeping my money and not responding. If i could give 0/5 i would. 👎👎

To be clear I haven't tried the Fragrance. I ordered, got spooked by the reviews (Mabye unnecessarily) and requested to cancel. It was canceled and refunded immediately.

Bought 8 samples, 3 of which I’ve had before. The first one I tried didn’t quite smell the smell the same so I emailed numerous times to return the rest of my order. No reply. Tried the other two fragrances and they were even close to the original(tested in store). Emailed again for a return/refund but I was ignored.

Eventually had to to a chargeback through my back for being mis sold products.

I would advise to stay away and use more reputable companies.

Very dissatisfied with this company I ordered killian angel share 50ml,£50 it's either a dupe or Very watered down,old saying goes if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

I was extremely disappointed when I received what was advertised (and cost £60) a genuine perfume - nothing genuine about it and total rip off.
I have asked for a refund but they haven’t responded to my request, the website says 14 day refund.
Do not waste your money!

This is a scam company. The fragrance is fake. The guy running this company is a very ‘interesting’ character and if you do your research online (find the address at Companies House) you can read all about it. I raised my concerns with the finance company who I used for payment and they went in favour of the fraudulent company. Be warned! AVOID!!! Someone needs to shut this down…

Unfortunately, my experience with this store has been disappointing. I noticed a clear difference between first-time and repeat orders.
When I ordered a fragrance for the first time, it seemed fine and close to the original. However, when I reordered the same scents, the quality was completely different and very questionable.
For example, Tom Ford Santal Blush smelled nothing like the original — the scent was cheap, flat, and only vaguely reminiscent of the real perfume. The same happened with Lost Cherry: the smell was completely different, as if the fragrance had been mixed up or substituted. It had almost no resemblance to the original scent at all.
This inconsistency makes it impossible to trust the store. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from The Fragrance Tester Store again.

Purchased a few samples from this company. Never received my items and have emailed numerous times with no reply. I have even tried ringing but nobody answered the phone, shock!

Any company/website you can't review directly tells you everything you need to know.

This site needs closing down, as I bet alot more people have been scammed by this company.

I'm giving one star because there's no option to give zero. Avoid this company if you don't want to lose your money. Fake items and missing products in orders. They don't solve your problems, let alone respond to messages. Terrible company.

Hmmm first order of a 10ml of a discontinued perfume was fab. I was all set for disappointment but it was, I'm sure, the genuine article. My sister then ordered me a larger size of the same scent for Christmas. No way is this the genuine thing, smells completely different from the first sample. Wouldn't risk ordering again. I can only be honest with my experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service and 100% fake products. They aren’t even decent dupes. I ordered Montale Arabians Tonka, and it smelled nothing like the original perfume - which I already own. If you want to get scammed and completely put off fragrances you’re interested in, then buy from this site. The prices aren’t cheap either, which makes it even worse.

Testers are totally fake! Stay away from this Company. They don’t respond to your concerns or offer a refund. Total scam company!

I placed an order which came but I need to return this as I got the wrong perfume. I have sent 2 emails to ask about returning the item without any response.
Very poor customer service.

Fraudulent activities
I ordered a bottle of "YSL de la nuit" and it smells good but why is the solution pink. It is meant to be transparent, they are selling duplicates of the real perfume

Not the original fragrances. One of the Tom Ford testers was definitely Aramis 😁, not hombre leather.
