Super easy to order and fast shipping! It turned out perfect, exactly how I wanted it to look!

This is about the third order I’ve placed with frameology. Image upload is easy. Quality of printed images is excellent. Framing options are ample and very nice looking. Relatively cost effective. I’ve had several large prints framed at Michaels and for equivalent quality I’d say the cost is about half at frameology. Shipping and packaging is excellent. The include pretty slick wall mounting kit that requires minimal skill and tools. I highly recommend and will continue to order from frameology.

I found this company on a Google search, hoping to get a special picture framed. I saw this company had great reviews and decided to try them and see how it goes! This company is wonderful! They packaged it nicely and the quality is wonderful. The order came quicker than it said it would as well. I do have one negative though, it is a bit pricey. I got the smallest frame and it was about $50. They did send me an email checking how my order went, which is super nice. I’m assuming they’re not a bot though lol.

Picture was high quality, frame looks nice in my office. Delivery was right on time.

The canvas photo was beautiful. Arrived quickly and reasonably priced.

Ordering from Frameology was simple and the delivery was fast. I was able to view my size, frame and color choices online, so, no guessing involved.

I ordered a few framed pictures and printed posters from Frameology. While the frames arrived well the printed pictures did not, they were damaged due to insufficient packaging during shipping. I was expecting a tube but they were placed in a thin cardboard package.

I contacted customer service and I was just told my situation is being escalated. I simply asked for a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I have zero news. I’m disappointed in their follow up and will not order from them again. When it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad… nobody cares…

That’s why I stick with big name companies when ordering online because they have the practices in place to handle problems quickly. Frameology has a long way to go unfortunately…
