Framesandgear Reviews

Best experience!! Extremely great customer service and fast response within minutes. If you need any small parts for your dream bike, frames and gears has it all!! They’re the best. Thank you guys!

Had a little difficulty trying to figure out which Garmin mount would fit my stem, Kristoffer was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all of my questions. I ordered a Garmin mount with a 360 adaptor, something that I could not locate anywhere else. A great service, well made product and speedy delivery.

After a minor issue with the original mount, bike manufacturers fault changing original tolerance, not framesandgear, Kristoffer was exceptionally helpful in sorting an alternative, sent immediately. Outstanding customer service, won’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

The items are beautifully made and really good value for money. I wasn’t sure what stem mount I needed and their CS was super helpful

An incredible company - their products are excellently designed and their founder is amazing. So quick to reply and has helped me a ton!

Great buying experience overall!

1. Great customer service, they responded very quickly to a question I had about which derailleur hanger I needed for my specific bikes and the advice was spot on in hindsight.
2. Next day delivery though I live in The Netherlands and they are based in Denmark, never experienced something like this.
3. The products work like a charm. Way smoother shifting with Shimano Ultegra with this derailleur hanger than with the standard (I know the creator is SRAM but still) UDH.
4. Cool colourings.

Strongly recommended for Shimano users that want the best buttery smooth shifting experience!

Absolutely premium experience from start to finish. The direct mount derailleur hanger for my Colnago V3 is a true mechanical masterpiece. The CNC milling and the anodized finish are flawless. Even the packaging screams high quality. Shifting with my mechanical Ultegra is now crisper than ever. Fast shipping to Hungary, I will definitely buy from Framesandgear again. Highly recommended!

The quality of the bike components is absolutely on par with their customer support: awesome! Highly recommended.

fantastic quality - amazing customer service

Timely reply from the owner at Framesandgear. They make amazing products!

First, their products are amazing: the quality of manufacturing is awesome. It looks pricey when you compare to 3d printed stuff but that is the point: what would you trust in the long term for your multi-hundred dollar équipement hanging on it? Plastic (exposed to sun rays) or solid aluminium?
Had a little issue with the product sent but the service is seriously good. The level of commitment I saw is really impressive and I will definitely reorder from them!

Bought and Garmin Light Mount (for seat post), it's really well made and a super elegant design.

Service was good and quality is excellent.

Top Communication

awesome customer service, high quality items.
Using the ORBEA hanger for the Shimano Di2 ... !!

Very helpful after I placed an order and had questions was all sorted out very quickly and was a great experience. Also the product is second to none.

Great product and good customer support. The quality if these bike mounts are exceptional. They are well machined aluminium items and they do not break like the cheap plastic ones. Highly recommend these guys! Just be a bit mindful about shipping charges as they are in Germany. Please drop them a message and find out before you place the order.

The product quality is excellent. The delivery is also unbelievably fast and accurate.

Have been buying products from frames and gears for a while, their products are very well made and reliable. Plus they look amazing on the bike.
I had one issue where the wrong fitting was sent to me. Kristoffer (founder) contacted me immediately, rectified the issue and had the part delivered with a day or two.
Kristoffer and his products are now top of my list for bike parts as a result of the great products he offers and the standard of customer service I received.
I beyond recommend using frames and gears.

Bought a computer and insta360 mount had been searching for something less bulky for awhile. Was delivered quickly and packaged nicely. Mounting on my bike was quick and held both devices well. Had a few technical issues in my first ride reached out to Framesandgear and help me resolve the issues quickly and professionally.

added their Shimano direct mount derailleur hanger to my Time ADHX 45 - fits well including threads for Time thru axle and allows much easier wheel change. The ADHX and ADHX 45 are not listed as compatible on the website but I believe non UDH Time disc frames use the same dropout on rear so should work across the range.

Also shipped super quickly
