ottimo sito tutto molto chiaro.
Ho comprato un forcellino. Fatto benissimo e di ottima qualità.
Servizio clienti molto efficiente e disponibile.
Spedizione velocissima.

besides having high quality products, i experienced epic customer support:

despite my hard attempt to put everyone into chaos by ordering the wrong part, forwarding the wrong eMail and sending another confusing one - i got the help i needed - in the evening, very friendly and on point.

That led to a good night sleep and excitement to get the correct mount for my Canyon.

Extremely fast shipping that matches the quality of the products. I have a few F&G components all have been problem-free. Customer support is 10/10.

5-star service from this company.
There was an issue with my order delivery, even though this was out of their hands the team at FramesandGear were super helpful and responsive to get it resolved.
Quality of the product is also excellent.
Thank you.

Fantastic communication. Prompt despatch. Great packaging. Better than OE product. I cannot see how the service could have been improved in any way.

Great products and even a better after sales service.

Super high-quality products.
Fair prices for uncompromising quality.
A clear and easy-to-use website.
Efficient, courteous, and patient customer service.
Very fast shipping.
Highly recommended to order from Framesandgear!

I came across Framesandgear when searching for a better computer mount. When I received my first delivery I was quite impressed by the quality as well as the quick delivery from Denmark to Germany.
Step by step I ordered more parts for my beloved bikes: computer mounts, saddle mounts for bike radars and race numbers, direct derailleur hangers - all of them are of high quality.
What I have also have to mention here is that I experienced outstanding support from them when I was insecure about the compatibility. They checked the case for me and would have taken it back ( just in case, but it was not necessary).

The positive reviews are all spot on (see below). I too had a number of questions that were answered very quickly over email. Once the mount came, it fit like a glove and looks beautiful. Makes me happy. Came much quicker than I expected.

I started off asking a bunch of questions before I placed my order and customer service was very prompt and polite to answer them. Product is just as beautiful as the photos and looks of high quality and feel. It also came fast. Highly recommended and will do business again in the future.

I highly recommend shopping at Franesandgear. They offer lightning-fast sales and after-sales service. They offer excellent support if you encounter any technical issues with the products. Nothing more, nothing less – just buy and enjoy. Best regards, Kristoffer.

I bought the Framesandgear Saddle Radar & Light Mount for Specialized SWAT and after several kilometers of real use, I can confidently say it’s an outstanding product. The build quality and design are top-notch—clean, sleek, and it fits perfectly. Once installed it stays rock-solid, with no rattles or movement, and it gives the setup a super tidy, “integrated” look.
On top of that, shipping and communication were excellent—fast delivery and quick, clear responses from the store. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for your support cooperation and great direct mount hanger for sl8! Yeaaah!

Great service and support — I’d definitely recommend this company. The founder was incredibly helpful in assisting me to select the right part and responded promptly and clearly to all of my emails. The level of care and attention made the whole process easy and reassuring.

I ordered the Garmin mount for my Trek Madone SL5 Gen 8 along with the Insta360 add-on, and both fit perfectly on the bike. They look great and the overall build quality is excellent.

I had a small concern about the Insta360 mount potentially tilting downward, but after installing it, it feels very solid and robust. No movement at all.

Fantastisk kundeservice.

Customer service out of this world with extreme focus on finding the right solution for my Canyon Groove. Went above and beyond my expectations. The product itself is high quality with sleek looks and superb fit.
