Utterly fantastic service. Kerri is very approachable, kind, enthusiastic, and provides amazing products. Communication throughout is great, and she's willing to go above and beyond to accommodate requests. Cannot recommend Francis + Louise and Kerri enough, she is going to make our wedding very special!

I ordered some of the bespoke yoga straps for a yoga workshop I was running. Kerri was super responsive and helpful, making sure they arrived safely and on time. Highly recommend these straps, I loved the lilac colour and would definitely order them for future events!

I met Kerri at a Local Makers Market in Wanstead, London a couple of years ago and really loved the colours and patterns she used. I bought a new tie for some events coming up (weddings/christenings) and we bought one of her fun headbands. The tie has always got many compliments that when we were planning our wedding, I reached out to Kerri to sort out a matching set of accessories for myself and the wedding party, including a bow tie and braces set for our 3 year old nephew! Kerri was brilliant throughout the process, sending pictures of suggested designs and delivering all the items well in advance of our wedding (amazing given quite the quick turnaround!). Everything felt so personal and the quality of the ties, pocket squares, socks and braces are amazing. I cherish these items. 10/10 recommendation. Thank you so much!

I met Kerri at a makers market and absolutely loved her cosmetics bags - the material patterns and colours really caught my eye and I liked her whole approach and passion. I wanted a slightly bigger bag to use as a wash bag and she very kindly followed up on this as promised and arranged for this to be made especially for me. I am so pleased with the finished item. All in all - fantastic and friendly customer service and a really good quality, beautiful item.

We met Kerri at the unwedding show and brought a tie for a Christening, the tie got so many compliments we decided to go with a set of adults and children's bow ties and hair bands for our wedding. Kerri consulted with us on colours and options to work up a scheme of patterns and complimentary colours to suit our scheme which looked amazing on the day. 10/10 recommendation.

- amazing print, you get to choose from a few creative patterns
- sustainable fabric, great feel to the touch
- larger size bag, allowing the mat to comfortably fit in (my previous bags have always been a bit of a struggle at the end of class)
- lovely details, like the phone pocket inside the mat, and enough space for a water bottle
- very quickly mare and delivered.

Beautifully designed products and excellent customer service. We ordered matching designs for our wedding outfits and they looked absolutely perfect. Very well made ties, socks and pocket squares. We felt the personal touch from Kerri the whole way. We could not have picked more ideal accessories for our wedding, so thank you Kerri!

I think I own almost every scrunchie
I have one in every bag I own just incase I need one.
And if I don’t have one I immediately turn back to get one.
Honestly cannot leave the house without a scrunchie.

We loved the design France + Louise made for us, its really nice to have something entirely bespoke and accessories that will last for a lifetime. This is a really really good option for creating wonderful and unique things that you can use again and again.

Kerri was a pleasure to deal with throughout our wedding preparations. She took time to understand our history as a couple, and the inspirations we were looking to capture in our design. Everything was so well communicated, the order came in plenty of time and looked even better than we could have imagined.

The prints were used by the grooms party in the ties, a headband for the Best Woman, and a bowtie for our dog. We had so many compliments on how great they looked!

Kerri has been absolutely amazing! We met her at the un wedding show where we fell in love with her products. We sent her a photo of our wedding suits and she took the time to come back with a personalised pdf mood board of several options and how they look against our suits. We absolutely love the ties and pocket squares they go so well with our suits. They are beautiful designs all created by Kerri!

I had nothing but the best experience with Francis+Louise. I am from the U.S and I received my husbands braces and bow tie within a week of ordering. I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The owner is super caring and kind. I would recommend anything she has to offer from her boutique.

Kerri made a bespoke headband and scrunchie for me and I absolutely love them. I sourced the scarf so I used my vintage green paisley scarf which meant it was unique to me! The headband is so comfortable and designed exactly how I wanted it. Shipping was fast and Kerri made it all in one night and got it sent to me in time for my holiday that weekend.

Kerri is creative, bright and very client-centric. My partner and I were getting married and knew we wanted a design that was uniquely 'ours' for the celebration, but beyond that we didn't have a clear vision. Kerri's questions, mood board and experimentation gave us the cues we needed to give better direction, and she was flexible and very easy in adapting to where we wanted to go with the final design. All of our pieces were beautifully packaged for our wedding VIPs, and everyone adored the sentiment, gorgeous design and quality of the products. We highly recommend!

I now have 2 headbands from Francis and Louise. I love them, they're wardrobe staples for me. They're beautifully made with showstopping original fabrics. They're also made to a really high quality, I wear them a lot. Most of all, they're comfortable. I'm not sure how we wore those uncomfy tight ones when we were kids but these are light, wearable and still keep my hair in place. Highly recommended!

I saw the F+L headbands at a Christmas market last year - I was told how comfortable they were, but I was skeptical and struggled to justify the cost. Thankfully, my sister bought me one as a gift - I've basically worn it every other day since, and I genuinely can barely feel that I'm wearing it (with other headbands I end up taking them off halfway through the day because they hurt my head, so this is pretty much the only one I'll wear now). Anyway, a year later and I've ordered myself a second because my headband game needs some variety (and to better match my outfit choices)! The fabrics are lovely and the customer service is great too. Definitely recommend!

Kerri designed an amazing fabric pattern for our wedding accessories. She listened to well to our brief and created a design that matched the day super well while showing off her artistic talent. It was such a nice touch to have something personal linking the attire together. We loved the design so much we asked permission to have it printed as a backdrop for our ceremony and it looked great. Quality, design and service all top notch :)
