The Francis Frith Collection is a unique, nationally important and world renowned photo archive that has been delighting the public since 1860. Over the last 44 years, millions of customers have purchased our products.

Family-owned and Run
Although we have several separate companies developing the Frith archive, we are and have been since 1860, a family-run business. We are small enough to care about every one of our customers, but experienced and professional enough run a very sophisticated business. Our workshops have been located in a Wiltshire village since 1998, and our prints and books are still produced there.

Don't rely on the time scale promised for delivery
Had to ring customer services because the book had not been delivered within the given time scale. I was surprised and disappointed when told that it was in the process of being put together that morning, which was Friday. I needed the book to arrive as a present before the birthday on the Sunday, so impressed upon the lady I spoke to that it had to be delivered at the latest on the Saturday. It did arrive by its class on the Saturday afternoon, but had I not phoned and aired my disappointment it would have arrived on Monday or Tuesday.

I am really sorry that your order wasn't dispatched as quickly as normal and that you had to phone us to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, we had a problem with our binding machine and as all our books are printed to order (so customers can add a personalised message) this caused a few days delay in the dispatch of some books, however, I'm pleased to say this was resolved in time to dispatch your order to arrive on Saturday as required. As you probably appreciate this is a busy time of year and it was a few days before the engineer arrived to fix our binding machine so some book orders were delayed by a few days, but as you will see from other customers comments on Trustpilot we normally dispatch orders very quickly.
Top quality product and service
From the point of order online to delivery cannot fault the service. Quality product too - an excellent selection of prints and quality finish - a lovely birthday gift and recipient was very happy

Quick professional service. Love the selection of photos, especially when you find yourself in a photo taken in 1965! My only criticism is that the photo prints are very very expensive.

I'm pleased that you like the selection of prints and indeed you found yourself in a photo, that's always fun. As regards the price, please bear in mind that we have invested millions in storing and caring for the archive then spent over four years cataloguing it and scanning all the photographs so we can offer the service that enabled was you to find photographs that bring back memories. Hopefully bearing this in mind you'll feel the price we charge is fair.
Educational.
The Item I selected was reproduced faithfully in the form of a jigsaw puzzle.It was also delivered within a reasonable period of time. Given too the scarcity of its specific content, I would say that it was fairly priced. A knowledge of Glasgow and its environs would be helpful but not essential in the completion of the picture and if you like difficult puzzles I would recommend it.

It was a photograph of the estate where I grew up.
I asked for a jigsaw..it was everything it said and greatly valued.
