No contact. No info. Don’t bother. Exchanged a shirt for a different size. Dropped off at post office as requested with bar code. No contact, no new shirt some 10 days later.

I've been buying Frangipani shirts for…
I've been buying Frangipani shirts for over 5 years now. I have quite a collection! . I've been really pleased not only with the shirts but with the service from Frangipani over the years. On the odd occasion when I have had an issue they have always responded quickly and positively and been extremely helpful . I think its fair to say that the quality of the shirts has undoubtedly improved over the last 5 years to an extent that I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone wanting a bright and breezy "stand out" high quality shirt.

Fantastic shirts
Fantastic shirts! Got a bit of a Frangipani collection now. The customer service has been brilliant every time I’ve had an issue. I would recommend Frangipani to anyone looking to improve their wardrobe.

Where is my refund?
Like all the other reviews, this relates to shocking customer service and non existent refunds. Bought shirts and returned them because they didn't fit. Followed the process and paid for recorded courier delivery but have heard nothing. Several emails confirming they would issue a refund but no refund materialised. They even ignore emails now. No other way of contacting them. So, best avoid this company.

Credit Where It Is Due.....
I put a negative review of this company on Trustpilot a few weeks back.
The products are fantastic but I was quite dismayed at the lack of customer support concerning returns and refunds.
I recently received a call from business owner Benny, explaining how and why the issues occurred.
Benny acted straight away and rectified my problem and has also been in touch since to further gauge my satisfaction.
Fair play to him and thanks for restoring my faith in customer service.
