The company only deserves one star for not having multiple language options or recipes on its website. Both are normal and expected components of any operation of this nature in 2025, and not having them shows a general lack of customer-centric focus that puts into question the company's status.

Siamo arrivati al punto vendita,sul display comparivano dei fantastici prodotti ma al momento di richiederli mancano tanti ingredienti.
Una volta può succedere,ma è capitato tre volte di fila.
Al pagamento neanche il pos funzionava. Non ci vedrete più. Che schifo

Perché ho due figlie che apprezzano il vostro prodotto sono costretto mio malgrado a sopportare metri di fila e interminabili minuti di attesa, da una catena come la vostra un servizio pessimo, scadente, deplorevole, immeritato il vostro successo. In qualsiasi altro locale non così noto tutta questa attesa non sarebbe perdonabile. Spero di tornarci ancora per poco

Ho chiesto un bubble tea rigorosamente freddo MA SENZA GHIACCIO. Mi è stato dato a temperatura ambiente. Pessimi.

Ho effettuato un ordine e dopo due settimane di silenzio da parte del sito ho deciso di scrivere per avere notizie. Non ho ricevuto risposta alla mail, ma mi è stato cancellato l'ordine, quindi ho rimandato un'altra mail per chiedere delucidazioni e mi è stato risposto che non avevano i prodotti che avevo ordinato dal loro sito, se non altro ho ricevuto il rimborso. Molto poco professionali, estremamente sconsigliato.

Ordered 4 bubble tea today and also ordered 4 yesterday as we are on a family trip to Milan for one week from UK. . The one we ordered today was coconut and it was very bad taste as I am coming from a country where coconut is available abundantly ( Kerala- India even though I migrated to the UK). The coconut they have given was a very bad taste and it tastes like it is old stock. If we are in the UK and informing the salesperson about the taste, they would have immediately given another one without even asking any further questions. We went back with the bubble tea in full quantity in the glass and informed the customer care person but they were not even bothered about anything and informed us to put the content in the waste if we don’t like it and not even apologised or as a courtesy not even asked whether you need another one. So I humbly request the health authority to check the premises for any old stock and they are providing to the public the products within the expiry date. The public is also aware that having good business does not mean they are giving quality products.

When we were walking with the bubble tea cup through the street so many people asked where did we get it from? we directed them the right way. Even helping them to get the business our experience with them was bad.
