Worth less than nothing. We are going to take these scammers to court after receiving nothing for OVER 10 months.

I ordered two rings on October 3rd, and reached out on October 11 after realizing I hadn’t even received a tracking number. They didn’t respond to me until my third email and after I commented on their instagram. They then, verbatim, wrote “Are you sure you even have an charge from us?!” The AUDACITY!! The “?!” is SO. RUDE. The “even”?? So after sending my PayPal invoice AND Chase statement they let me know they have records of my payment, but not order, and would “investigate.” That was two hours ago. I get the sense whoever is behind this computer is a 20-something year old white lady named Cindy who is very mad her mochachino is late and is taking it out on me. Read ur records before asking customers to prove themselves—I don’t get paid to do your job lady. I’m asking for a refund via PayPal now. Absolutely SCREW THIS COMPANY

My order just arrived after a month of wait but it was totally worth it!! I loved my pieces and I can’t wait to accessorize them... You must have patience though, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, but they did deliver the items within the time frame that they specify when you make the purchase.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered something from them almost 3 months ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I reached out to them after a month to see what’s going on and they said since covid there has been delays. Okay, understandable. Another month goes by and my order still hasn’t shipped. I email them again and ask about my order, after more than a few days, I still have no response so I tell them to cancel my order and refund my money. THEN they reply to say it will ship in the next week. Over 2 weeks later still nothing! Horrible service. Don’t order from them.

UPDATE: After still hearing nothing, still not received my order, I emailed them again stating that they need to refund my order immediately and I will be reporting them. Also that I’ve read many other complaints like mine, they replied right away and finally got a confirmation that they shipped my order. SO we’ll see if I ever received my “shipped order”.

It’s cheap costume jewelry sold for far more than it’s worth that immediately tarnished and turns your skin green. Shipping takes forever. I would never buy from them again.

I bought a gift for my girlfriend, they sent me a tracking number and suddently the tracking number stopped working. My girlfriend sent a dm to their instagram account an they wrote her that they do not offer refunds, but they offered her a coupon code with something extra , to order something else. We did not bother to use it, because i still had to pay for delivery and i could not trust this company no more. It felt almost as scam. Stay away!

Ps: Frasier just replied to my review, by offering a gift card for my inconvenience but there are two problems :
Problem no1: I am not willing to pay the transfer fees for something that i am not sure that i will get
Problem no2: I broke up with my girlfriend :p

Literally never going to buy anything in this store again!!! Even though they product looks so cute and worth to buy but actually they are NOT !! Dont ever fool yourself to buy anything from this store. I ordered 2 customized necklace with my bestfriend and 1 little cute choker in 1st FEBRUARY 2020 and now is GODDAMN 23rd AUGUST 2020 it’s been a half year and they still send us nothing!! I even left multiple comments on their ig, but the next hour they hit me on dm and quickly deleted my comments. And they offer nothing useful in their dm, they said that our package has been lost during shipment because CORONA?? Can you believe it what they said? You better dont.

Literal garbage. Quality is horrible, not even worth a dollar.

Terrible. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything. I have ordered from them over 3 months ago and still have received anything. When i emailed them they claimed something was wrong and it was sent back to the manufacturer, bullsh**t. I always get emails on how i like my product but it hasnt even come in.. I requested a refund, they ignored and said oh just 2 more weeks.. 2 weeks passed by.. oh sorry just one more week.. still ignoring the fact that im demanding a refund because i havent gotten ANYTHING!!!! And they ignore my email again!! Their call line doesnt even work. Actually disgusting that this is even a “big” brand.

I've never badly reviewed a company before, but if I could give a lower vote I would. This is worst company I've ever purchased from, they don't reply to emails, update about delays etc. I've been waiting for 3 months for this order and they've had no contact. I've messaged regularly and rang but no response. I can still see that the order is in the California depot and I placed the order in April. A total joke.

I can't understand how a company of this size have such terrible customer service - no industry I've worked in would let you treat customers like this. Please don't spend your money on this company, you will be incredibly disappointed.

JEWELRY FROM ALIEXPRESS. Cheap and tarnished so fast. I’ve seen the same jewelry they sell here for $40 on another shop for $10. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered something May 5, and also paid for express shipping and still have not received it. I’ve called 3 times and every person said that it would be shipped within the next week, but it never did. I asked for a refund several times but they refused saying “you cannot get a refund on custom items”, but they also stated that my jewelry had not even been made yet, so why couldn’t I have a refund when it wasn’t made yet? All they offered was a store credit, which I denied because I will never shop here again. This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, please do not buy from here, it’s a waste of money and awful customer service.

Please, please, please do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. Total scam. I already have filed a dispute for the transaction with my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB. It's been over a month and my order hasn't shipped. Every time I try to contact them, they ignore me. I have left multiple Instagram comments and DMs asking about my order status, just to see them continue to post without acknowledging me. I have also emailed them countless times. I paid $130, just to receive nothing. Do yourself a favor and buy from Etsy shops and support these small businesses. The customer service is much better, and this company is horrendous. I wouldn't be surprised if they were to get into legal trouble soon.

Quite poor quality jewelry but very cute design. They are great to wear for fun but does not last very long. Mine started rusting and faded after 3 months use. Overall, recommended but don't expect too much.

I wouldn't recommend it at all! I ordered weeks ago and I still have received nothing. I also have not received any emails saying how long it will take or when it will arrive

I'm pretty mad. I messaged them about a week ago and I said that I wanted a refund because it was taking too long plus I got my mom a mother's day gift and I was concerned that it wouldn't be here on time. I messaged them on Instagram saying I wanted a refund and provided an order number. I was shocked because either it was an automated message or they didn't want to give my money back, but they said it was customized for me only and however long I have to wait isn't that long. Got to be kidding me. Once I get my order whenever it shows up, I'm never ordering from there again. They're inconsistent and 30 days? More like 2 months to get your order.

I pre-ordered something in December 2019 and they said it will arrive in January, but January came and they said it will take longer and by march, it still did not arrive so I had to cancel my order. Do not waste your money on this scam company cause they have false advertisement. I wish i read the reviews before ordering, they also kept deleting my comments when I called them out on it on Instagram. And were no help AT ALLL.

I placed an order on April 29th, 2020 & my order still hasn’t shipped out. Every time I e-mail customer service for an update and ask for a refund , i just get the same e-mail back saying shipping is delayed and to keep waiting. I see so many bad reviews of similar experiences. Shame on your company for still advertising deals and new posts on instagram & not even updating or sending out customers orders from weeks/months ago... I highly recommend you to not purchase from this company unless you want to get ripped off or constantly worry that you’ll never even get your package. I hope I can still get refunded somehow!

I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life! It’s sad because I truly had pretty high hopes. The Insta page is adorable <3 I had previously read reviews about the jewelry not being the highest quality, but the site had a 50% off sale so I thought what the heck, why not? The quality seemed worth it after the discount & I made a huge order! Almost 2 months down the road & I still have not received my items. I got in contact with customer service and was told it would be shipping out at the latest this past week & I would receive my tracking information. both of these would turn out to be untrue... ahh.. at this point I’m getting a little frustrated because not only was I lied to but there were daily post be uploaded to their page pushing their sale & all while they were neglecting the orders they already have apparently backed up for months according to other customers in their comment section. The match that lit the fire though was when I took to their insta to try to find out how to get refunded.. I WAS BLOCKED from their page!! Are you kidding me? I absolutely never take the time out of my day to write a negative review, but I’ve also never had an experience this ridiculous before!!!!

would rate zero stars if I could!! after waiting a whole month for a “custom” necklace, i emailed asking for a refund because i genuinely didn’t care to wait anymore. they refused to refund me and offered store credit FOR LESS THAN I PURCHASED. they delete HONEST instagram comments about their company. just today, after a month + two weeks, they emailed me that my package shipped but the tracking number DOESN’T WORK. i’ve already filed a complaint with better business bureau, if you’re in the same spot i would too if i were you! please don’t waste money on this company.
