Troisième commande et troisième déception. Le premier achat passait encore, le deuxième j'ai mis ça sur le compte de la malchance, mais là c'est terminé. Le colis est arrivé avec dix jours de retard, sans aucune communication de leur part. Pour des leggings de sport censés être une référence, le service laisse vraiment à désirer.

These are terrible-

I’d like to state that my lady parts are very small, so imagine my horror as I put on these pants and see that it looks like I have a huge moose knuckle!!!!

I’ve NEVER had a pair of pants look so DEEPLY unflattering IN. MY. LIFE.

Even though my boyfriend found it to be hilarious, I said under no uncertain terms were we keeping these cheap, ill fitting pants. I thought he bought them of SHEIN…. 👀

My boyfriend wrote the company and they said we couldn’t return them. Ok- fine- but I’m going to VERY PUBLICLY share how terrible these look to ensure nobody else shops here.

I FULLY PLAN to make a TikTok to show everyone how these make me look like I have a mini butt in my front!!

BUYER BEWARE!!

You’ll likely see the TikTok, with how ridiculous these pants look, there’s no way it doesn’t go viral.

Side note, the quality is very sub-par! I was shocked to find out how much he paid….cant wait to show the world how terrible they look.

These are the best jeans I’ve ever owned — so good that I’ve binned all my other pairs. I always get compliments whenever I wear them. The customer service is great too; I had a slight issue with my last order and it was resolved really quickly and professionally. Really shocked at other reviews as ive never had any issues.

Agree with the other reviews this is the worst company with the worst quality products. I bought two pairs of "jeans" through their website. The return policy on the item said you had 30 days to try it and return it if you didn't love it. However they were running a buy one get one free promotion. You had to open their full policy to see that if you use that promotion you can't return the product at all. You can exchange sizes but you cannot return. Why? Who knows. So when I tried to return both items I was told no. You are only allowed to exchange for a different size, and the only sizes available were 0 and 14. Additionally, the product is horrible. They are glorified leggings that aren't long enough to reach your ankles. Nor will they stay up. The waistband is a piece of nonslip elastic, not comfortable. The material is so thin it is basically like wearing nothing. Do not waste a ridiculous amount of money on this horrible product from a company who knows if they allowed returns everyone would.

This has been the worst company to do business with. I purchased pants and paid $511 and paid for shipping protection and STILL my order never arrived despite the email I received stating it was delivered on April 2nd. I have repeatedly contacted their customer support and NO ONE has responded to me. So they banked my $511 and sent me nothing and don't even have the decency to respond.

I ordered two pair and one didn’t fit appropriately and I had to start an exchange. Desiree who’s over customer service made it easy after confirming details. Quality product and customer relations.

Planning to delete,unsubscribe,block and whatever is necessary to do so I can’t get adds, offers or the name of this store..sometimes ppl buy clothing thinking “oh price is high, they’re must be good” and buys them..once u get what u ordered is not what u expected.. cheap looking and just plain ugly and all their 5star reviews must b ppl that works for the company cause is funny that they have no 1star or 2 or 3 star reviews but if u google reviews out of their website is a totally different.. I bought 2 pants for $414.00 I read their return policy b4 buying here and on the same day I got my order I tried to make a return cause I didn’t like the pants AT ALL! the fit, material and specially the price.. they let me return 1(the cheapest 1) and the other pant they said it can’t b returned cause it was sent from a different warehouse.. !!!! I’m like WHAT! Even though I read their policy return and nowhere in there said anything bout returns items from different warehouse cannot b made! Sounds stupid but I’ve learned something important from this .. to Do RESEARCH b4 spending $400 for 2 damm cheap looking, unflattering pants.

Every time I come in here there is no Dr Pepper today nothing. The fries were reheated and they are so crunchy it’s like eating chips . Maybe hire a new manager or send corporate down here. It’s really bad today. I love Freddy’s when it’s fresh but today was awful. Hinkleville rd Paducah ky

I have been trying to contact them to get a refund as the trousers didn’t fit me correctly. I have had no response so I can’t return. I would not order from them!!

I'm so disappointed in the decline of material and fit of these pants... And how terrible the customer service is now. I have at least 10 pairs of these (that I LOVE) all bought prior to the summer 2024. I just tried to purchase some jeans and they fit & felt terrible (think potato sack on both). I was not able to return them, they only allowed an exchange or store credit. So I exchanged them for a pant that I have in multiple other colors.. I ordered red this time. The fabric was horrible and not the same as the others, it felt like sandpaper. The fit was also totally different. Again... I was only offered and exchange... BUT if I returned them for "store credit" they charged me $12 to restock. So now I've wasted all kinds of money just sending things back and forth. I tried to contact customer service, they replied saying they had sent me messages and I did not respond so they were "closing my case". When I responded to that telling them I had not gotten any messages, and gave them details of the issue... they ignored me and will not respond. I do not know what has happened to quality of these products or their customer service but I just basically tossed $200 out the window as I'm clearly not getting any pants out of this. Such a shame as they were a staple of my wardrobe. I'll be hunting down used versions of the old fabric I guess now .

EDIT TO ADD: in response to your response. I have already provided all the requested details including order numbers and everything else your team requested in my email - that they decided to tell me was closed and never respond to any other communication. Also, I'm well aware of your policies on returns and exchanges... however when I'm forking out money to pay for return labels and restocking fees and then the item I exchange for (costing me an additional $50 due to all your fees) is also terrible quality... then what is the point. AND - you were running a BOGO when I tried to exchange the 2nd pair of horrible quality pants... shocker you would not honor the BOGO promotion and I would have had to of paid another $50 to make an exchange OR lose $20 in label return and restocking fees for a site credit... as I stated... I tossed $200 out the window due to horrible fabric & fit and your customer service completely ignoring me. I stand by my original review... your company had plenty of opportunities to make this right, and instead stonewalled me and did not respond to my requests.

Wow wow wow. I got the faux leather pants. PERFECT and the Wrup jeggings. Perfect. I guess it’s quite expensive but if you can’t afford freddypantroom, move on. I’m going to get another pair whilst the sales are still on. LOVE LOVE

I wore my white faux for my birthday party on Saturday and got SO many complements! The women and men fell in love with my pants!! I was asked a few times where they were purchased!! The fit is SO perfect!!

I was notified that an item I ordered was no longer available and given several options to replace it. I quickly made my selection and the issue was resolved in ten minutes! Very satisfied with my customer service experience!

Once again Freddy’s has done it again !

Freddy jeans fit perfectly around my body. When I wear there there's just something that makes me feel sexy when I want to.

These are the 4th pair of faux leather leggings I have purchased for my wife. She absolutely loves all of them ❤️. The fit is amazing and the quality is even better. She always looks stunning in all of her Freddy pants!

Amazing pants but the stitching is already pulling out around the zipper after only wearing once. I can't believe I spent over $175 on a pair of pants that are already falling apart before I've washed them. I've been trying to find out how to contact the company about the quality and have yet to get in touch with anyone. I bought 2 pairs and now i'm afraid to wear the others. It would be great if Freddy would replace my faulty pair given I spent $350 on 2 pairs...

I was unsure about sizing and did have to make a few returns and exchanges but I was delighted that Freddys made it so easy to do. I love the items and will be a forever customer because the fit is wonderful and the service is stellar.
