I am generally satisfied with the service. I like the ability to record the calls and download the recording. however, I would like to have an option of making the recording at higher qualify (higher bitrates)? is that something you are considering?
And also it would be nice to have an android app. do you happen to have that or consider making one?

There is always difficulty muting and unmuting the conference attendees, in addition to the inability to have a group that is set aside as hosts of the call each time the call is facilitated.

We would be happy to help you with adding designated Hosts to your Caller List or using different options for muting an unmuting participants. Our Host Control Panel offers muting at the individual caller level as well as changing the conference mode to control who is allowed to speak. Facilitating interaction in large conference calls works best when you mute everyone and then invite callers to raise their hands and be recognized to speak. Our panel lets you see the callers who have raised hands and call on them in the order they raised their hand.
