- FREE with no trade-offs
- Free Conference USA has never sold or solicited a single email address for any reason, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to user privacy and data protection. Unlike every other free conference provider, Free Conference USA has never promoted its service to conference call attendees, ensuring a professional, brand-neutral experience for all participants. The company has never contacted subscribers to "upgrade" to paid services or purchase "premium" features, staying true to its commitment to providing genuinely free conference calling. Unlike some competitors who use remote dial-in numbers that trigger mobile surcharges, Free Conference USA provides standard dial-in numbers, protecting callers from unexpected fees from carriers like T-Mobile and MetroPCS.

Are you logging in to your Control Panel at www.freeconferenceusa.com? That's where you can see the phone numbers of participants joining your calls, in near real time! Also, I noticed that you selected NOT to receive post-conference reports via email, so I changed that setting so that you will receive a conference report immediately after each conference call that includes the details of the callers who joined your conferences. Be sure to mark Free Conference USA as a safe sender so the reports get through to you. I will re-send your Welcome email with detailed instructions on how to take advantage of these features which are included with Free Conference USA service.

Free Conference USA doesn't charge anyone, and none of our access numbers are subject to extra charges from mobile carriers. Does your phone service plan include only limited minutes of use? It sounds like the problem you had was related to what your phone service provider charges you to use THEIR service. Free Conference USA access numbers are standard U.S. phone numbers, so normal long distance charges apply - although most subscribers have unlimited long distance with their calling plans. If you have limited minutes of use with your calling plan, then calling a Free Conference USA number would count the same as calling any other U.S. phone number.
