In my opinion this company is very unprofessional. I own an AV company and I signed up for a consultation to help obtain new clients. Initially, they have requested that I confirm my consultation by email (I did), by text (I did), then they proceeded to call me at all hours of the day and night to again confirm the meeting that I already confirmed twice. When I told them that I confirm the meeting and that I'm not able to speak with them just because they call out of the blue, they hung up and sent me a cancellation. That's fine. I wander what they do to potential clients! Not professional.

Update to vendor’s reply: i already stated above that the scheduled meeting was confirmed by text and email. Your office feels that you must have a phone meeting to have a phone meeting? What’s the point of scheduling a meeting then? You have called me twice outside of business hours and when I told you that I am busy at the time you called, and that I will speak with you at the scheduled time you have canceled the call. Likewise the person calling had a very strong accent and was hard to understand. If you think it’s ok to hang up on your potential customer well good luck to you. I have also looked up your company and it appears you are based out of Poland. That may explain why you are calling so early in the morning or so late at night. In any case, I will spend my marketing money with someone more professional.
