We paid for fast track delivery and the snaps arrived 4 days later also lots of the photos arrived with heads cut off and people missing from the photo

So easy to order very fast delivery and I absolutely love my photos

Terrible experience. Ordered a print urgently for a gift specifically choosing this service because they offered next day delivery. Paid extra for the service, and although I got an email confirming despatch and a tracking number the morning after ordering, they didn’t actually hand the parcel over to Royal Mail until the day delivery was due, so it arrived two days late.

And when it came the image was not as I had cropped on the website either - the edges of the image were chopped off and my A4 print had a 1cm border all round that I didn’t not request.

So ended up paying £5 for an A4 print that was not printed as I specified, and another £5 for ‘next day’ delivery that came on the 4th day after ordering.

They were also most unhelpful when I contacted them to complain that tracking showed the item had not been sent to Royal Mail, just sending me the tracking number and telling me to check it, then did not respond at all to a follow-up message.

Avoid like the plague!

Paid for next day delivery and it came 4 days later. Awful customer service - just blaming the bank holiday, like that’s a reason for a 4 day delivery delay.

I ordered next day delivery and paid extra and my order still hasn't come and it's 5 days later.

Really good quality and brilliant price. Delivery was a little slow, but thay could a Royao Mail problem. Will definitely be ordering again.

Wouldn’t recommend paying for next day certainly isn’t next day. Photo missing aswell. Photos that was delivered good photo quality, shame really

Fast and very good quality

Ordered some prints for next day delivery due to being let down by another company. When placing order it stated delivery between certain hours the following day which is why I used them.
The next day I viewed my order as I had had no notification that the order had been despatched and it showed as not having been processed never mind despatched. I emailed the company immediately to cancel the order as it was no good to me the next day. I heard nothing. 5 hours later I receive an email stating order had been despatched. I emailed again and no reply again.
Dreadful customer service leaving me £20 down getting photos I can't use. Do not take the delivery date as real as when you check deeper it states next day delivery available if ordered by 2pm!!

Ordered 2 ocklock and was delivered the next day very impressed and would use again

Prints came quickly and the colour was good quality using the additional six colour printing option

Paid for next day delivery but arrived 4 days later. Tried to blame the bank holiday and Royal Mail but it was delivered by amazon. Customer service no help and no real way to complain except on social media.

Incomplete order received and some of the order was chopped in half. Emailed and had no response

Easy website to use. Quality of the photographs was excellent, and the product deserves 5 stars.

Delivery by Amazon was less good, delivery time was missed by 2 days.

For my first time of using free snaps it was brilliant, the pictures were bigger then I thought, the prices are very reasonable. It was great to do this from home. Thanks

As I added in my updated review, the company quickly sorted out my issue and gave me a full refund. I am very thankful to them for their prompt remedy and solution.
