I just wanted to say Iain was great. He was punctual and had it finished in under half an hour.
If you want locking wheel nuts removed, these are the guys to get it done properly and quickly

Ordered some Shimano shoes with SPD cleats and the shoes were fine, just no cleats in the box and despite several emails to Freewheel I've had no response. Good products at good prices but customer service lacking

Purchased a turbo trainer from Freewheel, only for them to drop the price by £40 the very next day. Not exactly a great way to treat customers.

Product delivered quickly. Was returned however but all conducted & refunded very smoothly & efficiently.

You collect from a bike shop but you have to return by DPD or Royal Mail - and pay for the return!!!!

This is one of the best online bike shops. Easy to use, great range of stock and free returns. Its my go-to first choice. Well worth signing up to the newsletter for some great bargains! It also helps local bike shops which is a good thing.

Very happy with the service received with my order. Ordered some bibshorts at a much reduced price, and they arrived within a couple of working days. After being burned recently, on a purchase from another online retailer where the price seemed too good to be true, I was reticent to place the order with the relatively small sample size on Trustpilot, but I would recommend Freewheel to anyone based on my experience. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered from Free Wheel last week. My order, which was a brand new bike, arrived very fast. I was sceptical at purchase from Free Wheel due to some 1 star reviews, but I thought I'd give them a shot. I haven't ridden the bike yet, so my review may change, but all in all they've been brilliant! The bike arrived very fast and it hasn't got a scratch on it. I find this very surprising due to in the past, I've had bikes arrive at my door completely broken. In the future, I will be ordering more stuff from Free Wheel. Additionally, you can also use their website as a Click and Collect service for your local bike shops, which is fantastic! Thank you Free Wheel.

Ordered spare tyres for a very good price, however, what really blew me away was the speed at which my order arrived. Insanely fast, thanks a lot!

Ordered a Jersey before Christmas, which turned out to be the wrong size. Used the included free returns label. Refund was processed in a couple of days. Ordered a different size and that again arrived in a couple of days. Fantastic

Brilliant business that offer great value on quality cycle wear at great prices. Madison stock especially. Good customer service on any returns.

Tried Freewheel.co.uk due to Black Friday week sales when I saw a jacket that I'd been looking at for a while had 50% off. I was initially a bit reluctant to order based on trustpilot score but then did a bit of research and found out the site was owned by Madison so decided to chance it. Placed the order on Sunday night and it was delivered by Tuesday lunchtime. Can't really get much faster than that!

I had a really good experience over the range of purchases. Great deals on sales, good communication and quick deliveries. Returned an item via freepost and received email notification of a refund within 5 days, money in the bank in one week. A very happy shopper.

Very slow delivery time (approx 2 weeks). Item arrived stained. Took another 3 weeks to process a refund!

Poor Sold me an item they didn't have in stock. It shouldn't be too hard not to sell items that you don't hold in stock. However, £750 out of my account for a few days due to their mistake. I would also have had a very disappointed lad on his birthday were it not for Soanes Cycles (DevonCycles.co.uk) who thankfully saved the day.

Had 2 issues with an item, issue on the manufacturers side. The customer service team were great, special shoutout to Adam for quick responses and solving my issue.

Very good prices and quick delivery, I ordered various items including lights/clothing and all arrived on the next weekday. Can also collect from local bike shop. Would recommend and use again

Excellent experience solved an issue without hesitation and was extremely prompt and friendly. The bike came well packed just need Santa to wrap it :)
