Order Somewhere Else
Shipping label was created May 5th. It is now May 13th and USPS has STILL not received my package. I tried to email their customer support and was met with CRICKETS. No matter if I receive the package or HOPEFULLY get a refund I will never order from this company again.

First time ordering there products and I’m very disappointed in this company but yet they hold a 5 star rating at the bbb but they should be the worst rated there as well as here but the thing is I ordered my product and shipping label is created but no movement what so ever it’s been six days since I ordered and they have had plenty of time to ship the product out as well the time line was in due process of the Gide lines as posted on said companies website but yet they do not hold up there end of there bargain of there so called 5 star company you all should just change your name to late bros not fresh bros because time I get my product it will be so dry then a welfare puss😂😂😂😂

Been 7 business days, label was created but nothing has arrived at the post office. Contacted customer service yesterday they said it would ship out today still hasn’t shipped so if you want THCA shop somewhere else wish I would have read the reviews beforehand will be making a chargeback on my credit card as they say they will only give store credit if you didn’t send my $1000 order the first time then why the hell would you think I would want store credit I want my damn money back. Scam, order at your own risk

We’re sorry. After seven business days, a created label without a carrier acceptance scan does not show that your order has shipped. We also should not have promised that it would ship today without ensuring that commitment was met.
Given the value of your order, we understand why store credit is not an acceptable resolution. Please respond to our private Trustpilot request with your order number so we can urgently review the shipment and arrange a full refund to your original payment method if that is your preference.
If you have already opened a chargeback, please let us know so we can coordinate the resolution correctly and avoid further complications. You deserved accurate information, timely fulfillment, and a clear path to recovering your money.

Been 10 days of shipping label created and nothing past that. Emailed them multiple times and they keep making excuses and even lied and said it had shipped. Which was not true. Stay away.

We’re sorry. A shipping label remaining at “created” for ten days means the carrier has not confirmed receiving the package, and we should not have told you it had shipped without that confirmation. We understand why this damaged your trust.
Please respond to our private Trustpilot request with your order number. We will verify the shipment directly and provide your choice of a full refund or an expedited replacement at our expense. If you choose a replacement, we will send tracking only after the carrier has physically accepted it.
You should have received an honest update and a prompt resolution—not repeated excuses.

This is by far the worst company I've ever came across! They basically lied to me my order still in limbo still preparing label and it's been almost two weeks! First they tell me that it'll be on my doorstep by Tuesday or Wednesday now they're telling me that they're stock is low and then I'm going to have it shipped out soon they keep lying to me!
Do not waste your time or your money with this company their false prophets...
