FreshElectricalSolutions Reviews

Pro in every way.
From the advice and quote to setting all up and after sales support. These guys gave a 5 star service.
Highly recommended. *****

We have just had 6 solar panels installed by Fresh Electrical. We'd tried to have solar panels for some time, but other companies refused, saying our roof wasn't suitable. Fresh was the only company that actually looked in our attic and at the roof (rather than just from ground level), and they confirmed our roof was suitable. We were delighted. Installation was quick and easy, and I am delighted that we are now generating all the power for our own needs plus enough to sell back to the grid! Dan was extremely helpful, replying rapidly to any queries we had. Very highly recommended!

I had a quote with Fresh Electrical on 3rd March 2025. After doing a lot of research with about 10 different companies I felt happy and reassured to go ahead with Solar panels installed with Fresh Electrical. Installations took place on 4th April 2025. Everything happened so fast. Even the actual installation process was really quick only took a few hours. So far I am happy with the company.

Just had solar panels installed by Fresh Electrical Solar and everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish. I had 12 panels installed which took the guys just over 4 hours to do and this was including all the electrics and being shown how to use the app! I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

They have been really good overall.... from organising the scaffolding to attend site on the agreed date and install the solar panels the day after as well as all the associated equipment and connecting cabling to their politeness of the technicians.
the removal of the scaffolding went ahead without any troubles and all documentation received in the time agreed.
Even, the firm, explained clearly in an email what i needed to do to get all warranties and connections to the grid a piece of cake.
well done.....

Just had a solar install completed. Great to deal with a very professional company from start to finish.
From the initial contact from Reece in sales, he talked me through the whole process and booked in the rep and install date and was always on hand to return my phone calls and texts. The two installations guys were fantastic and so professional, quick and tidy I couldn’t believe what they had done in such a short time.
I would like to thank everyone at Fresh for being such a professional outfit from someone that knew nothing about solar and rarely deals with a company he has never had any dealings with before.

I had the pleasure of working with David King to select the right solar panels, inverters, and battery setup for my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. David’s deep knowledge and expertise in solar energy really stood out. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me toward cost-effective and efficient solutions. His insights helped me make informed decisions with confidence. Thanks to his advice, I now have a reliable and optimized solar setup. I highly recommend David for anyone exploring solar energy solutions.

From our initial consultation meeting with David King to the survey and installation Fresh gets it right. We got a great deal with 18 x 500w panels 2 x battery and a good sized inverter with a switch pack for power cuts for the same price as others wanted for 12 panels and battery.
Scaffolding up and all installed in one day. Dave the electrician and his mate got the system installed and working, doing a lovely tidy job. Good demonstration and talk through of the components, I can't praise them and the company highly enough for a great deal, top end product and good workmanship. If you are thinking of solar make sure you get a quote from Fresh.

Good pre install help explaining what's involved. Quick and efficient installation. Very pleased.

Professional and helpful service for existing solar system. I had issue with battery not charging, Customer service got back to fast after completing form, scheduled a visit and the guy attending was kind, professional and solved the issue promptly.

David King was absolutely brilliant! He made the whole solar installation process super easy to understand and was always happy to answer our questions. He’s really friendly, approachable, and just a pleasure to deal with. We felt totally at ease the whole way through. Would 100% recommend!

Great service from start to finish. They were really quick, efficient and tidy throughout. 6 months since instalation and we're really pleased with the savings so far :-)

Great service from start to finish. They were quick efficient and did the job neatly and without fuss. Really pleased with the outcome.

All communications were very prompt and we were very pleased with how quick the whole process was. The actual installation took less than a day and we are now enjoying free clean electricity. Our only regret is not doing it sooner. Very happy with the overall service.

I had a fantastic experience with Fresh Solar Electrical Services from start to finish. Both the service and installation were top-notch. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to explain everything in simple terms, and the installation was completed smoothly and on schedule.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar – great team, great service, and a job very well done!

We've just had Tom & Harry install our solar panels and the service they provided was 10/10. The advice they gave before installation, the care they took during installation and the explanation of understanding the app was of a very high standard. Highly recommend this duo. Both of them were extremely friendly, easy to approach with any questions we had and they were such honest people.
Thank you Tom & Harry.
Highly recommend!

We met with Leo to start the journey of using Fresh for our solar panels and he immediately gave us confidence that this was the right move. Despite a hiccup with the panel sizes, the company have worked to resolve it and our installation was great and we are already seeing the benefits from the panels! We've had good advice and everything so far has panned out as expected and even if there has been an issue or query our contacts have not let us down. It's been a good experience and we would recommend them to use!

Fresh solar installed solar panels at my property last summer
The installation was professionally done and delivered on the date agreed
However 3 months later the bird guard ( wire that prevents birds nesting under the panels) fell off and is dangling from the roof
Since then I emailed Fresh and was ignored for a few months . Finally they responded and said they will dispatch an engineer on a specific date then that was changed as engineers were off sick last week scaffolding was booked and erected . This cost me two days off work to allow them access to the property. On the specified date I rang only to be told it can’t be done as the engineer’s van has broken down and there is no backup
This shambles has cost me two days off work and likely to be more now . I wish I never had this done to be honest

Their rep was professional and patient and the installers didn't waste anytime at all. The whole installation and commissioning was completed in less than 6hours. The really know what they about. All the certifications including building permissions and all i need to start selling my excess production have been sorted by their team; good job guys

I just wanted to extend my sincere gratitude to both the installation team and the administrative team for your outstanding work on our solar panel project.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The administrative team made everything seamless with clear communication and efficient coordination, while the installation team worked diligently to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Your expertise and dedication truly made a difference, and I appreciate the effort you put into making this project a success. A special thanks to John for his excellent service—I’ll gladly recommend your team to others!
