This is a scam. I never got the questionnaire result that I filled out and I have tried to cancel the subscription it automatically signed me up, which they have not given any log in information, and I have had to cancel my credit card because it has not acknowledged any emails requesting cancellation. The positive reviews here are fake and it’s unfortunate that Trustpilot keeps them on.

Absolute scam. Avoid Freudly AI at all costs unless you want your bank account drained by a company that ignores every law in the book.
I bought what I thought, and what was sold as, a bespoke, one off neuro diversity diagnostic , but it quickly turned into a financial nightmare. Even after formally requesting a cancellation, they continued to take, and still continue to take unauthorised payments. I have sent multiple letters and emails demanding they stop and requesting the deduction of these false charges, but they have completely ignored every single piece of correspondence.
It has reached the point where I’ve had to involve my bank to block them entirely. Even with a bank block in place, they are still aggressively attempting to process fraudulent payments against my account. This isn't just poor customer service; it’s predatory, criminal behavior.
They have no respect for consumer rights or authorisation. Do not give them your card details—you will not be able to stop the charges without a fight. You have been warned: STAY AWAY.
