Hey Don, thank you so much for taking the time to write this awesome review! We are so happy to have you as part of the Frey community. You rock 💚
Overall not bad
Overall, I had a decent experience with Frey. We loved the detergent and softener that we would get, however it became really hard for us to spend that kind of money when shipments were constantly delayed and we had to go to Walmart and buy detergent to get us through in between shipments. What really made us step away from Frey was their lack of a free & clear type detergent as I recently had a baby. It was more cost effective for us to switch to a free & clear detergent as a family. We may come back in the future if shipping issues improve once my daughter’s skin isn’t so sensitive

Hey Bree, thank you for your review! We totally understand. I actually have amazing news for you today: we have a new line of unscented Detergent and Fabric Softener! I'm sure you will very much enjoy the product with your family. Same nature-based formulation minus the fragrance; which makes the product pretty easy on the skin.
Hope to see your order soon! Looking forward to hearing back from you with feedback on our new unscented line. 💚
Hard to Say
I haven't received my order yet, but I have received four emails asking how you did. I figured I'd let ya know.
I do enjoy your products, I have ordered many times. I use the laundry soap, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. I have gifted the hand sanitizer to my son; he says it's the best smelling sanitizer he's ever had.

Frey’s delivery was awesome
Frey’s delivery was awesome! However I have been disappointed with the lack of sent that you could smell enough and stay with your clothes. It seems ever since the move and revamping products the potency has gone in all the laundry products. The freshener spray and lotion, soap etc. is still good. I will not be purchasing the laundry products anymore.

You folks do alright. The shipments come on time, the product is outstanding, and I don't need to use a lot. The scents are on-point and not overwhelming.

I love Frey!
I love Frey! One of the best smelling detergents that I have ever used! I get compliments all the time on how good my clothes smell! If I have a complaint it would be that the bottles are too small. I wish that we could buy bigger containers instead of using all the small ones. I go through about 12 bottles a year. Wish I could buy it by the big jug!

Back orders, missing items, wrong products, fouled packaging and discontinued
products have all happened on a handful of multiple item orders in the past year and a half. Despite that, products are still superb.

Great smelling stuff
Love the smell of the laundry detergent and dryer sheets.. Customer service was excellent when I received a damaged package. I’ve been using strictly Frey for a few years now and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.
