The quality is very good however I ordered multiple sizes (as you do) and I cannot recieve a refund. They have said there is a compliance issue with my card...but my bank have confirmed there are no issues with my card and I have recieved refunds from other online retailers without any issues. I have since been given a voucher in place of refund...and now this isn't working! I am trying to be patient but I can't help but feel they are scamming me. Really dissapointing as I like thier bras and bikinis - but don't feel comfortable ordering again as once you pay I feel like there is no option for a refund.

I was worried from ordering here with all the negative reviews, but my bra actually one of the best ones I ever bought. I am postpartum and changed to an awkward size and I had already spent £100 on bras from a wide range of shops trying to find the perfect one. But this balcony bra I bought here is the best one I found so far the only downside is that the bra cup is larger than average.

One star because no stars isn’t an option.
I ordered swimwear and also Freya Activewear online. I received an email confirming my order and payment left my account. Today I received an email to say the swimwear part of my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. The email said this was due to a technical problem not a stock problem. I checked my account to see that a further payment had been attempted but was declined due to insufficient funds in my account. I called customer services and spoke to a girl that said there was an issue over the warehouse not being able to despatch lingerie and swimwear together (even though I didn’t order lingerie). I questioned the further payment being taken and she said it was for the items that were being refunded, the system said it couldn’t take the payment because the order wasn’t being despatched. I tried to explain this was ridiculous because firstly the full amount had left my account days prior and a payment wouldn’t show as declined on my account if it was their system that was cancelling the payment. She didn’t want to listen. I then pointed out that through a fault the company was aware of, I now wouldn’t receive my order for my holiday her reply was simply ‘no’ at no point did she utter anything resembling an apology, her attitude was as though it was my fault and I was crazy for expecting her to even care. I said I wouldn’t shop with Freya again and she said ‘ok’. Which speaks volumes as to how they value their customers.

My Mom ordered 2 bras. They do not fit. They are impossible to get a refund from. they wanted her to order another bra and and pay the difference and they would give her a 10% refund. You have to totally cover return cost if you return. Why would she buy another if she didn't like the first ones? Very frustrating!!!!

Bough a set of Freya swimwear hardly use, only actual used for the last over two months and the color faded significantly. it was certainly not the standard, very poor quality. The retailer unable to process a replacement because out of guarantee, meaning this swimwear will only last up to 3 months after used. Will look for other brand

My god Freya have had my return bra a week and still no sign of a refund. They like to take the money but don’t like refunding it and hang on to your money. Quite disgraceful so if you think of purchasing from this firm beware if you have to return the item you will not get your money back for ages. I won’t ever shop with them again

Im size EU 75 I and with Freya i have found some of my best fitting bras with a nice round shape - Fatale (plunge) (on my second one) and Fatale (high Apex) (5 stars!)

BUT - Freya Signature (plunge) and Temptress (plunge) have a pointy cup - it makes no sense to me and it makes my breats looks bigger and yea - pointy under clothing, like 1960s bra fashion -not the silhuett i'd excpected.

I ordered these bra,s they took 2 days which is amazing ,the quality is lovely ,the size is 100% I will order more bras from Freya no faults wat so ever

I have a faulty item from them & the seller accepts no responsibility for it & told me to go to Freya, the manufacturer. & After telling them that, they're telling me: go to the stockist! No decency or customer care.
Avoid this company.

Firstly...we come in all shapes n sizes...finding your fit is most important..I find Freya true too my size...I can order a 36g bra with a 16 pant...and be confident I will not have to return...styles are feminine and pretty...I love freya lingerie and will be buying more soon...

I was excited to receive my bra set however when my order was delivered - I was short of one item. I contacted Freya to let them know of this, I appreciated their quick response letting me know that by the time they went to pick the item from the warehouse - it was already out of stock, they confirmed they emailed me (which they did) however these emails were in my junk so I was none the wiser - it's no ones fault for this, however I would have appreciated if the website was updated in real time to avoid disappointment. I spoke to customer service who were kind enough to give me a coupon code for my next online purchase.

Usually love Freya Bikinis however manufacturing this time is unacceptable.

Didn’t accept my return despit the goods being faulty. Accused me of lying.

Incredibly rude by email and wont be buying from them direct or via any retailer again
