I have not received refill as ordered ( and paid for) despite 2 calls and an email. I even paid extra $12 for expedited 2 day delivery but have heard nothing.
Following this review I received communications and, apparently, calling the phone number on the Friday package ( the pharmacy), is not the right thing to do for a refill. I am therefore revising my original score.

Lied about cost and hidden subscription fees SCAM
Just filled out the questionnaire and put in my CC card because it said I wouldn't be charged unless the script was approved. Immediately charged the 7 dollar and change. Ok fine I'll deal with that. But then AFTER you've already charged me for the supposed script price you force me into a 104 dollar subscription fee that was never mentioned until after I put in my card info! Then I log into the account to figure out how to GTFO of this bs and there is no record of any order AT ALL! COMPLETE SCAM!

The online questionnaire was easy to fill out. And the product works as described. I asked for the max dose because my member just didn't work. While my member atrophied a bit over the years, and would never be as functional as in my 30s, I finally can achieve erections that are more than adequate for intercourse. After a much shortened refractory period, I can go again.
I find the benefits linger for almost 12 hours, meaning I can go yet again before breakfast! A romantic date night and morning is actually possible now.
Also, for years before I started this medication, I almost never had nocturnal tumescence while I slept. Now I do. I noticed that even when not on the medication, I have more nocturnal tumescence than I did before. So, I'm speculating that being able to actually get full blood flow while on the medication has facilitated some degree of healing of the tissue of my member.
