I cannot stress enough how awful this company is. I bought a filter in January and have not received it. They took my money and have not responded to any emails I've sent. I've tried calling but the phone just rings and then a message says there is no-one available and you can't leave a message. Live chat doesn't work. I am appalled that a company can do this and get away with it. I have used them in the past with no trouble.

I placed an order for a couple of fridge filters at the end of January and it's now mid-February. Since my order, I have heard absolutely nothing from FridgeFilterShop. They took my money and vanished!

I've tried every possible way to contact them:

Emails: Ignored.
Live chat: No response.
Phone: Constantly goes to voicemail, which is full. (I can only imagine how many other frustrated customers are trying to get through!)
This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. It feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise anyone considering using FridgeFilterShop to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and potential loss of money.

I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

One star is too much avoid this company at all costs.
You cannot communicate with them in any way, they won't reply to emails or answer the phone. You can't leave answerphone messages. I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered after six weeks.

Either this is a con or the worst possibly organised retailer in all time - the filters are shown in stock - there is no communication after the initial confirmation only a vague promise to send confirmation of dispatch. Then nothing - phone lines not working, email's ignored - they do respond to chat but only to lie that it's being processed and dispatched shortly. Avoid this company.

I have been using this company for a couple of years with their subscription service and it’s been pretty good. But I have had a problem this time round and they are impossible to contact. Phone mailboxes full and no answer, no response to emails, and ‘I’ve escalated to my manager’ response to messages on their chat. Really disappointed and frustrated that they have gone this way. Can no longer recommend them.

Do not buy from this company, I bought a Fridge filter, installed it and pipe popped out and flooded our kitchen. Email was ignored so I called for advice and all I got was a load of abuse, bought a filter from another company and had no problems

No sign of the product after 3 weeks. I have emailed several times with no reply. The phone number rings out and then there’s an automated message saying the mailbox is full. I have lost £40. Do not use!

This company and its recently opened sister company, Aqua Filters Ltd, are operating from the same address selling their own manufactured filters. If you research this company thoroughly you will discover they have a habit of sending filters you don't order then go into radio silence so-to-speak. No refund and no replacement, sometimes no filter arrives at all - read the reviews from both company names! If you read this after you ordered, and are ripped off, please report to Trading Standards.

Ordered two filters at the end of May from this company. Only one was received. Despite chasing this by email the company hasn’t responded.

Her skal du IKKE handle! Rigtig mange har oplevet det samme som mig: de trækker pengene, men sender aldrig varen. De svarer ikke på mail og chat. Hjemmesiden ser ellers fin ud og ordrebekræftelsen kommer straks, men så hører du ikke mere fra dem.
