I had a wonderful experience with Friendly Diamonds. I shopped for my fiancé's engagement ring locally in Louisville as well as multiple vendors online. The ring that I purchased from Friendly Diamonds was similar in size and quality as the local shops and the price was about a quarter of the cost I was quoted from said stores. Compared to other online stores, the cost was about half. Naturally, I was a little concerned because of the "too good to be true" factor. When I had the rind appraised for insurance, everything matched the paperwork and it appraised for over three times (nearly four) the price in question. I would definitely recommend Friendly Diamonds. I'm thrilled, but my fiancé is even happier with the ring than I am.
