Ten Apple Pies, isit?
Had a subscription, found the food decreased in quality and was not worth the money. The last straw was when they sent me 10 apple pies for no reason, for free? I suspect they were trying to shift surplus stock. Interesting manoeuvre since one of my selected "personal goals" was to lose weight. (????)
This isn't even the funniest thing, mind. Imagine my shock when, upon cancelling my subscription, they had the gall and the gumption to *send me an invoice* for said 10 apple pies. Absolute high jinks. It was not settled, needless to say.
Super helpful but expensive.
It is VERY expensive after you dont get the discounts anymore after first few weeks. If it was at the 25% off price all the time... i would continue forever! It just is that bit too expensive. However, the meals are so yummy and make life so easy. Its a difficult one......
Also, often the meals go out of date before the week is over. The use by date only lasts say 5 days when i'm suppose to be using them for the whole week.
I really do love the boxes but the price puts me off.

Fantastic meals and even better customer service! My girlfriend and I love FRIVE when we’re feeling lazy but don’t want to neglect nutrition.
We recently moved and forgot to update our address before the next order. They usually don’t allow alterations or cancellations once it’s the ordered has gone through. We went through the process of contacting customer services via the AI bot which I must say, was seamless. We received a response from Carla who is one their customer service employees informing us that they had cancelled the order and issued a refund. Amazing kindness and service.

I had a great experience with Yanna at Frive’s customer support. I accidentally placed an order and needed help cancelling it quickly, and Yanna handled everything smoothly and efficiently. She was friendly, understanding, and resolved the issue without any hassle. Really appreciate the excellent service—thank you, Yanna!
Worst Customer service
Really disappointing experience with Frive.
I’ve now gone two weeks without receiving my meals, last week my delivery was lost, and this week was skipped due to a payment issue that was completely out of my control. I always receive a reminder email with a payment link where I can securely enter an OTP, but this time I never got it. That’s the only reason the payment didn’t go through.
I tried contacting support as soon as the issue happened, including on Tuesday within their so-called payment window, but didn’t get a response until it was already too late. By then, they just told me the order was skipped and there was nothing they could do.
What’s worse is that there’s no proper customer support I raised tickets and couldn’t get through to a real human in time. The delays on their side ended up costing me my delivery, and they take no responsibility for it.
For a service like this, there should at least be a secure backup option to pay like sending a payment link with OTP verification instead of relying on a system that clearly fails without any support to fix it in time.
Overall, very frustrating experience and poor customer service. Definitely not reliable.

I joined a Frive and had my first order delivered on Sunday. Up to now I’ve had four meals and everyone has been absolutely incredible.. well cooked delicious will definitely be buying it again.
Customer support service is great
Roa was really helpful and kindly assisted with my request to cancel an order due to exceptional circumstances, I am very happy with the help desk today!
Amazing meals and easy to use app
Absolutely amazing meals. Been thinking of trying them for a while and the food is delicious. Love the limited plastic and diversity of choice. Away next week and it was super easy to skip with the discounts/free breakfast also being transferred a week.

Great food, zero customer service. Beware.
I hate writing this but my experience has been so bad, I feel I need to share publicly since privately between myself and Frive we have been unable to resolve.
To start with, I’d like to say the food is great. I thought it was really tasty. So much so I ordered a second delivery, but then figured we didn’t really want to do it regularly so cancelled the subscription so that we could just order as and when we wanted to, instead. This is where the problems began… because Frive had already confirmed the second order and taken payment for it.
But when I cancelled the subscription, they also removed my delivery. But kept my money. And I wanted that delivery too! That’s the crazy part… I really wanted to receive the order and would definitely have ordered more in the future but… well read on to see what happened next because it’s a nightmare:
So I tried live chat. A bot. It said it could raise a ticket and someone will look within 24 hours. I’m 24 hours on now and nothing. In the meantime I thought I’d try their WhatsApp support. A bot again. No good. So I used email… oh joy… another bot. But this time it found my account, said I was outside the time for the delivery to be made and I was also outside the time to get a refund. So sorry.
So I responded saying I wanted to speak to an actual person. The bot said… someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Again.
There’s no telephone support. Every support channel is manned by bots and actual people seem to be few and far between (or even non-existent).
As much as I really like the product, I feel I should warn others that if something does go wrong, you’re going to be fobbed off by bots and sent down many rabbit holes. It’s incredibly frustrating and at this point my only remaining course of action seems to be to speak to my credit card company and raise a dispute. I don’t want to do this but a company that hides behind walls of bots and can’t respond to a simple issue within 24 hours during the working week leaves me with little choice.

Happy overall
The menu has variety, the food looks like food not just lots of stuff cut into cubes and so it doesn’t get boring. So far it’s been a very seamless experience.
Avoid this company
Tried this product for the first time bought 12 mils out of or 12 four of them had the seals to the packaging for the males broken and I had severe food poisoning on one of the meals I tried and I know that it was the mill as I had to eat eaten anything else in 24 hours and eight hours after eating it was very sick and not very well emailed the company to complain and see what they advise me to do next heard nothing back. Also message through my account and still heard nothing back avoid if possible as there are plenty of other companies that do better quality food and packaging.
