What a fantastic service! Faultless
What a fantastic service!! From start to finish absolutely faultless. The desserts arrived frozen in a secure and sturdy box complete with dry ice. Pop in the freezer and defrost a few hours before eating; it’s that easy.
The cheesecake build your own box is my personal fave as you can try a range of delicious dessert - the more the merrier I say! This company carry a good range of unique and tasty options, especially the Lotus, Oreo and Terry’s chocolate orange.
The extra details, such as the personalised ‘packed by’ stickers and the eco/recyclable packaging make for an all round amazing experience. 10/10

The Build Your Own Box is one of my favourites too, I think they are great for all occasions. The personalised Packed by stickers are loved by the whole team, it's that personal touch we wanted to capture.

A flexible treat
Ordered six mini cheesecakes for my father’s birthday and he has reported that they’re delicious! Allowing the recipient the flexibility to eat them over time is a great pro of the frozen approach.

We are disappointed however that you felt the need to leave a 1* review for service, when it appears you haven't been in touch with us about this issue, so we haven't yet been given the opportunity to resolve this for you.
I do believe we tried to contact you about your order several times. Unfortunately, the recent Royal Mail strikes were strategically planned to create a strong impact during a peak time for couriers and they have had a big impact on other couriers; parcels that would normally be sent with Royal Mail are being sent with DPD instead and this has caused some of their depots to become overwhelmed with parcel volumes. Unfortunately, DPD are not alone in this struggle; other couriers are being affected by this too. We've really tried our absolute best to get your order to you , we feel deeply disappointed and upset that we are unable to deliver the Frodeli experience to you at this time. We're so sorry that your order has been impacted in this way.
If you would be so kind as to contact our customer care team directly, we can look into this further, we are always happy to help.

Wonderful desserts! I bought a selection of desserts to try before ordering as gifts and for Christmas.. Suffice to say that I have just placed another order! There’s loads to choose from and there are also several options for vegan/vegetarians. Highly recommend this company for both their products & customer service. Thanks!

What a genius idea!
What a genius idea! The products were sublime - we ordered one of the large gateaux and a 'selection box' of cheesecakes. None of them disappointed. They really are worthy of a high-end restaurant and the accessory pack is the icing on the cake - quite literally! The unboxing of the desserts is more of a ceremony and an experience like no other. It's like Christmas any day of the year! The company's eco-credentials are impressive and we managed to recycle every part of the packaging with ease - the sheep's wool now resides in the garden protecting tender plants over the winter. The only problem with Frodeli is the range of products - you won't know when to stop! Try some now; you won't be disappointed.

Great quality but errors made with order
Was so impressed with quality of cheesecakes on 1st order, I placed a 2nd order but then only half of order was delivered. To be fair, after making the phone call, the rest of my order was delivered next day but I had specified my delivery date to fit in with day off and then had to take further time off work to be at home for the rest of the order. I have been given a discount off a further order rather than compensation which I would have preferred.

A Great Gift Idea
The delivery of the box of assorted cheesecakes is a gift for my mum and will take place towards the end of December so I await her verdict! The treats look delicious though. As I live in Australia I contacted Frodeli to ask a few questions before going ahead with the order. Sarah was very helpful indeed. Fantastic experience buying for a Birthday Party. Bought a full cake and we built our own box with Cheese Cakes. Our guests loved them, & the cards for each dessert was a great touch!

Great treat for a special occasion
First time using Frodeli and we were not disappointed.
Great selection of deserts with a special mention to the Lindt White Chocolate Cheesecake which was my personal favourite.

Simply Brilliant!
I can honestly say this is the best dessert box company I have ever used, you can tell from the way it was presented that a lot of time and care has gone into this.
The DPD delivery time notification was very helpful - my box of deliciousness arrived early on the Saturday morning I had chosen for delivery (another feature I liked).
The desserts tasted as amazing as they looked and we had a lot of fun creating designs with the garnish packs. Just looking for an excuse to order some more. Worth every penny!

A lovely experience, well done!
I ordered several items from Frodeli for a family party. The cakes were wonderful and the presentation outstanding. They do the little things very well....icing sugar shaker, ingredient cards etc. Delivery arrived within a minute of the 1 hour window given. A great customer experience, look forward to ordering again in the future.
