Kept me constantly up to date in delivery and article as advertised

Veary good communication on the shipping,

I got it but took awhile. Had I known it was coming from Europe I most likely wouldn’t have ordered it. Haven’t used it yet but appears that it will work.

I ordered a couple of heated shawls from this website thinking it would be better to buy direct than from Amazon. The website promised easy returns so I thought what could go wrong, it was also listed as USA. The packages arrived after a couple of weeks just before Christmas, the tracking was not great. The package actually came from China not USA. When the shawls arrived I got one out to check it would be ok for a gift. Its just a blanket with a zip and pocket for a USB battery. The quality of the shawl itself was pretty poor expecially the zip. The material is very thin and the wiring and pads are visiable if you hold up to light. There were 8 small pads spaced around the shawl that offer very little coverage and are more like heat spots. I tried it will a power bank that would fit in the pocket and it didn't last an hour and only got to about 30 degrees on one of the pads after a good few minutes. I was not happy at all and this was not as advertised so I contacted the support email. They initially offered $3 and then went to $8 after numerous emails trying to arrange a return. In the end they stated it was $8 or nothing and I would have to pay to return the items to China and it would be more expensive than the goods. The website states easy returns for fauly goods which these were as they were not performing as advertised. I was not prepared to accept the $8 for $60+ spent and as the company are in China its very difficult to do anything more than leave this poor review and advise that nobody else falls into this trap.

L'azienda pubblicizza prodotti su instagram e ti reindirizza per l'acquisto sul loro sito dove al momento del chek out non forniscono l'importo delle tasse completo per cui paghi anche più del 30%.
Il traking è completamente inventato e anche se paghi il supplemento per una spedizione 'vip' questo non comporta una velocizzazione della stessa.
il prodotto in sé per sé è una cinesata pazzesca, arriva sprovvisto del necessario per funzionare (powerbank) e questo non è indicato da nessuna parte.
L'assistenza clienti è inesistente e non hanno una policy di restituzione veritiera.
