Friendly customer service
The customer service representatives that I spoke with were very friendly and informative. The process is a little time consuming over the phone but not unbearable. During my first phone call I was disconnected (not sure if it was on my end or theirs). After calling back the representative I spoke with made it a point to apologize and make the process as quick and hassle free as possible, which was greatly appreciated.

Provided complete expectations.
Dylan was fantastic with explaining and going through the ordering process; my concern was he needed to slow down a little and I asked if I could repeat the credit card number but he did it instead. I did take more time from him in the end to make sure I understood it all but your company must have a timer on calls because he wanted to disconnect. However, he was polite and did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Frontier will make every attempt to get it right. Good CS training. Very good people. No promotional price scams, fair pricing, and honest people.
Internet order
Myron was extremely upbeat, an extremely nice guy to deal with. Everything went smoothly and quick! Myron Deserves at least a 2$/hour raise. I dont know the other people that help but, Myron is a top notch guy very good experience

She was excellent over the phone. She made sure I understood all the services and the products I will be receiving. I had a few questions and she answered my questions making me feel comfortable about my decision. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Customer Service is ok Managers nonresponsive
I recently moved in May and TRANSFERRED my service. Due to a billing error the rep marked me as a new customer. I was charged over $330 on my 1st bill, I have contacted frontier 6 times and told every time they are going to get this taken care of by a manager. 6 months later still not corrected nor have I heard from a manager. And now service is being interrupted and additional fees are being added. I would go else where for internet if possible.

I really enjoy the service! The representative was very nice. But I didn't like how he didn't tell me there was a deposit fee of $210. He just said there was one and got my approval to pay it.
