Great variety and great set ups.

Purchased garden furniture was delivered quality was great delivery was professional with good customer service

Ordered garden furniture online, received a phone call the following day to arrange delivery within 10 days. Kept well informed with delivery time would definitely recommend.

We popped into frosts, Woburn sands for a coffee a few weeks ago which was very good. Then wandered into the garden furniture “to have a look’ we had chat with Louise, telling her what we were looking for. An hour later we had made our choice without any pressure from Louise, in fact she was most helpful and a credit to Frosts. Our furniture had just been delivered by Luke and Tom. Very polite and helpful, they put it all in the right place and took what rubbish they could away.
Again Luke and Tom are a credit to Frosts. Thank you.

We bought our garden furniture from Frosts in Woburn Sands, the shop assistant was absolutely lovely! We then had the delivery service contacting us sooner than said which was great, there was no delay and then very professional, friendly, on time and kind Luke and Tom have delivered our furniture and helped us to get it into our garden. The access was not easy at all so appreciate it. Thank you

From the moment we selected our garden furniture the team at Frosts took care of all our needs. They managed the delivery, worked around our availability and managed to carry everything into our garden site regardless of the tight side access.

Great delivery service and excellent customer service

This review is for the excellent 5* customer service I received at the Woburn Sands, Frosts Garden Centre.

Ellis initially assisted me re: choosing the correct garden stones I was looking for, Ellis patiently showed me around the locations where all of the garden stones are held at Frosts, until we found the correct stones I was looking for. The kind assistance I received from Ellis was much appreciated.

On a follow up visit to Frosts, I then placed my large order with Deborah who was also exceptionally friendly who then processed my order. I asked Deborah if it would be possible to have the 30 bags of stones to be delivered before Wednesday the following week. Deborah then had a word with Charlotte to see if my order could be delivered to my home address before the following Wednesday, Deborah couldn’t have been more helpful with my order.

I then received a phone call from Charlotte regarding my order and even though their delivery van had some issues that delayed the original delivery date, Charlotte still managed to get my order delivered to my home address before the required date. I really appreciated Charlotte keeping me updated regarding my order delivery, by text message and email and for making sure my order arrived on time.

On the day of delivery I received a phone call from the delivery team letting me know when they would be arriving at my home address. Matt and Luke both carefully placed the 30 bags of heavy garden stones in my front garden at the designated locations. They were both very polite and very respectful of my garden and property.

Thank you Charlotte, Deborah, Ellis, Matt & Luke for all of your exceptional 5* customer service, you have all made this shopping experience at the Woburn Sands, Frosts Garden Centre a pleasure.

Took delivery yesterday of 2 large, heavy items ordered from Frosts.
Delivery men were very helpful and polite. The staff in Frosts were knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to go.

Marvellous selection of products, friendly and welcoming staff and nice atmosphere. Ordered a table and chairs and was delivered only a few days later by 2 helpful guys, a shout out to Russ & Tom.

The delivery guys were brilliant Luke and Matt did a great job. The sales chap Alan was really knowledgeable and helped guide us to what would work best. We will be back for sure.

Great on time delivery

We recently had our rattan furniture delivered by Russ and Emma from Frosts, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They were prompt, professional, and handled our furniture with great care. Both Russ and Emma were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Excellent service in store and delivery!

Jake was amazing, he was very patient with us explaining the Ketler garden furniture range to us methodically. He showed us the perfect set for us and a large parasol too. Just what we wanted. Thanks Jake and when we returned two days later we met Louise who was very loveley aswell.
