Fruidel team especially Daniel is quick to respond back to issues/queries.
There was an issue with delivery times being too late however, this was resolved quickly, and the milk is now arriving on time. I would recommend this delivery service.

10/10 Experience!
Luke is really attentive, called a few times to ensure our order was put through correctly and and after our first order was delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. Even when a very minor issue was raised, he made sure to get it sorted and speak to the correct parties to ensure our order was changed to our preferences.

We've had a good experience with Fruidel overall — the service is reliable and the deliveries have been a great addition to the office. There have been a couple of quality issues with some of the fruit, which needed flagging, but these were dealt with quickly. Michelle Tebay has been especially helpful and responsive, which has made all the difference.

Poor customer service, sarcastic rep, rude.
Received a call from 0161-3580954 number, representative didn't introduce himself, where he was calling from and asked immediately to speak to the person responsible for supplying milk and fruits for the office. When I said we don't have such a person he then asked how we get those items in the office. I explained I wouldn't be providing that information to him and his response was that he didn't know that it was so precious or something along the lines, with a very sarcastic tone, mocking me.
To that moment that person has not identified who they are or where they are calling from, has not introduced himself or the company he is representing and therefore would not be speaking to the person that deals with the supply of these items (that is myself).
With that attitude, he never will.

Great customer service
We had a bit of trouble with where our milk was being delivered to and with the help of our account manager, Daniel, it was resolved fairly quickly. Daniel was super helpful and responsive to all my queries/emails and made sure to check if the issue had been fully resolved or not rather than just being done with it.
Communication was easy and I wasn't left waiting hours for a response which was very helpful.
